Arrival Story:
He came over to eat one day & never left! Once I recorded his purr and played it to my third grade students to see if they could guess what kind of animal it was. They insisted it was a bullfrog, no a tiger! No, a leopard. They really wanted to meet him after that, but he declined the invitation.

Bio:
Purrs is FIV+ from a cat bite he got in New York state. Fortunately he was vaccinated against feline leukemia & did not contract it, too. He is mostly symptom free, but since his immune system is compromised he takes longer to recover from colds, etc.
