Arrival Story:
Lila's original meowmy rescued Lila as a kitten from a home with a three year old who loved to torture cats! Unfortunately, her human male counterpart is allergic to cats and made her give Lila and her brother up for adoption. After looking for a home for them for a year, she arranged for Sammy to go to a shelter when I saw them on catster. It broke my heart that they would lose their family AND each other, so my best friend Anita and I arranged for her to get the two to NH and then we would fly out with them to NM, where I live. However, Anita's sister and husband have fallen in love with them and are giving them a new home - together!

Bio:
I will serve as their "god-meowmy", so they can always come to live with me if something happens. However, Anita and I were SO concerned about the stress on the kitties having to fly across the country, especially Sammy, so when Squeak (Anita's sister) offered to take them it was such a wonderful alternative. THANK YOU SQUEAK AND ROBERT!!!!!!!
