Dear Friends,

I had a check up on Saturday, and the vet tech drew some blood. My vet is going to call with the results and I will let you know what they are. One thing that isn't so good is that I have to have fluids more often now...three times a week instead of twice a week.

I was somewhat dehydrated on Saturday, my last fluid session having been the Wednesday before. My vet thinks three days a week will be sufficient. Mom is going to take me back in for a re-check in two weeks to see if my new fluid schedule is working.

On a more positive note, my weight is pretty stable and my appetite is good. I haven't had any major vomiting from the CRF. Also, I seem happy and I am my affectionate self. :)

Uncle Tigger we are so happy to hear you are doing so well. Very good about your weight and appetite. One more day of fluids will probably make you feel even better. Hoping for good blood results. Big hugs from both of us.

we're furry happy to know that ur health is not that bad fur a while. but u haz to take the fluids thrice a week fur ur own good. dont worry, Tigger. these stuffs happens to efurry cats when they r old. waiting restlessly fur ur blood results. hopez efurrything goes well and ur condition turns better.

That's great news Tigger! Hope your blood test results show that your CKD is stable. Sorry you need to increase your fluids but it'll help you feel better. I have to get fluids everyday . . phewy!

My Sweet Friend Tigger, now we both have to have fluids 3 times a week, it isn't so bad....but then again now that I think of it!

We are happy to hear otherwise you are doing good...hang in there and we are purring for you!
