Tigger's Mom here. Tigger needs your prayers and purrs. He has an urgent care appointment this morning at 11:40 with his vet. I don't know if the combination of the CRF and the new developments with the Pancreatitis and IBD are just too much for him. I put him on the scale at home last night and he has lost weight, which he cannot afford to do. His appetite has tapered off over the past two days, and his bowel movements have stopped. It might be simply a sign of constipation that can be treated, or it might just be that tired his little body is giving up. I will let you know what I find out from his vet.
Thank you all for your continued love and support for my boy. It means the world to me.

Shoots! I just sent you a regular email answering your questions. What the heck happened between now and last night? He needs to have an ultrasound done after they stabilize him Gina. Have them do a PLI and send it off to check for pancreatitis and tell them to give him a B12 shot NOW!
Dude, what's going on? You can't afford to lose any weight! You gots to eat something, even if it's just a little bit, okay? I know it's hard to eat when you're nauseated, but try to eat a little bit, purrlease? Your poor mama is so worried about you, and my meowmy is purraying HARD fur you. We hope whatefur is wrong wif you can be treated easily, and dat it won't last too long. Get better soon Tigger! We loves ya!

Oh no! I am so sorry you are not feeling well, I will gather up the herd and have them start purring immediately. We will send some extra purrs for your meowmy too. Love you my friend, Norman
Big super, giant extra-strength purrs coming your way!! Please feel better Tigger! We love you!
I am back from the vet and I am stable. Thank you so very much for you prayers and purrs! To make a long story short, my mom's baby/pet scale was wrong, I actually gained three ounces over the past two weeks! What's up with that scale anyway (maybe the battery?) It's always been spot on before.
The vet and mom are trying an appetite stimulant on me to see if that will help boost my interest in food. I am eating, but not my usual amount the past few days. Mom decided to go back to trying the renal food (for various reasons) and I actually ate some when we got home! In the mean time Mom and Dad are going to assist feed me to add to what I am eating.
Also, the vet palpitated my belly and said I am not impacted and I am not reacting with pain. That is a good sign. I am having less poops because I am eating less. So we are going to work on that. I am also not dehydrated, which is excellent news!
Mom is super tired right now because she didn't sleep well last night with all the worrying about me. We're going to rest and regroup. We wanted you to know that I am stable. :)
Love and purrs,
HOORAYS and HAPPY RIVER DANCES!!! I'm so happy. Mommy was so worried when she read your diary earlier today. She was like... oh nose, poor Tigger, I hope he's ok. We are awfully fond of you buddy. So glad to hear you are doing well. Those silly mommies and their silly over reactions! Thank catness they love us so much but come on parents! hehehehe! Take the rest of the day easy Tigger and Mommy Tigger, you deserve it!

Great news, Tigger! We know you still need purrs, so we are sending lots of them to hold you over for the weekend. Keep on eating and drinking!

Great news Tigger!! I can imagine how exhausted you and your Mom are. Continued purrrzz. Hope you start eating better and then start pooping.

Great news Tigger! Sending out lotsa purrs.
I've eaten three small meals since I got home! I actually like the renal food again. Mom had tried it with me when I was first diagnosed and I got tired of it after about five months. Now it seems I might be tired of my Fancy Feast! I can be finicky! MOL
I'm resting next to Mom right now. Mom thinks I look content.
Thank you my friends for the purrs and loving comments in my diary. And thank you for leaving rosies on my page. :)
I'm so happy to hear that you are feeling better. Being sick is no fun! I'm still going to purr for you anyway, because you're my buddy and a real cool dude.
I am so glad you are doing better Tigger. Sending purrs to keep that going. We are all purring very loudly.
