Arrival Story:
I adopted Isis from the Clermont County ASPCA for my boyfriend at the time when she was six months old. I was walking through the halls looking at the cats and she was at the front of her cage purring. When I took her out of her cage, she immediatly glued herself to my face and started rubbing all over me and purring as loud as she could. She went home with me that day. I received custody after he and I broke up.

Bio:
Poor little Isis is such a sweet girl but afraid of her own shadow. We don't know anything about her past or how long she was in the pound. We think she may have been abused because she is so skittish. She is definitely a momma's girl, but after several years she is warming up to my husband. She was coming up to him on her own until we got Seamus, then her poor little world was disrupted. He wants her to play with him, but she's not having any of it. Isis is afraid of Seamus until she thinks he is hurting Blixa (which he isn't), then she becomes protector kitty. She comes out of the back room howling with paws flying. She has started prowling around late at night when Seamus is in his crate. We have designated the back room as the cat room and installed a cat door to keep Seamus out. My sewing machine is set up back there and she loves it when I sew so I can keep her company.

hmmm, where to begin
1. I was a stray before my mommy adopted me.
2. I have a small black speck on my left eye.
3. I really don't like that big loud dog that lives in our house now.
4. I love to sleep in the sunbeam.
5. I like to chatter at the birds that sit outside my window.
6. I like to swat Blixa and eat his food.
7. And last but not least, I like to keep my mommy company while she sews.

You are my little princess! You are the killer of crickets and the midnight marauder who sneaks around the house after the dog has been put to bed. You captured my heart from the moment you started rubbing on my face and purring when I took you out of your cage at the shelter. We love you!
