indoors Arrival Story: Precious was acquired from the local Humane Society as my consolation prize for not being brave enough to get the Brown Tabby Persian when I saw her. We went back the next day to get the Persian but she had been rescued the day before and Precious decided she needed to come home with us. Bio: As part of the adoption process, I had to take her to be spayed. I had the sneaking feeling that when I took her to the vet to do this that Precious was pregnant. And as this particular vet had just been elected to the Board of Directors of the Humane Society, he could not not spay her, as much as I would have liked to let her have the kittens.
