Arrival Story:
I was fostering a litter of 6 kittens, and we had already decided to keep Magellan. After all the other kittens were ready to be adopted out, Antonio was sick, so we decided to foster him another week and let him get better. As it turned out, we just couldn't give him back because he was still a bit sick and we were worried he wouldn't get a good home, plus he played so well with Magellan. So now he's a permanent member of our family!

Meowy Christmas and all that...

Well the holiday season is here, and to me this is a very special time of year. It means many different things to many different people, but since I am here to write about MYSELF (ahem) I will tell you what it means to me...PRESENTS!!
Lots of presents...I think me and my brother and even Dixie are gonna get more presents this year than mommy!
So far our favorite present is the cat tunnel mommy ordered from the PETA catalog. It is 5 feet of fun and fantastickness...and I don't care if that is a real word or not!
Me and Magellan play in the tunnel all day long, chasing each other through it and pouncing on top of it! I highly recommend this cat tunnel for all kitties out there! So if you are reading this blog begin an action plan for how to make your human get you this tunnel!
Also mommy went on to and ordered several toys. The box arrived several days ago but mommy is only giving us one toy every couple of days, so we don't get bored too far we got a new jingly ball and an octopus that makes birdlike sounds as mommy dangles it from a pole.
Also mommy couldn't resist getting us a new bag of mousies at the store the other day.
She also bought us a bag of rainbow catnip puffballs, but to keep her humble (as a human should be) we decided not to act too interested in those!
Well I hope everyone else's holiday proves to be as fruitful as ours! Feel free to catmail me and tell me what you got! I'd love to hear from you!

Usually its my brother Magellan who writes about all the wierdo foods he likes to eat, but I gotta tell you about one of my favorites!! Organic rolled oats!! Mmmm...whenever Mommy's cooking in the kitchen me and Magellan go over and start getting into everything, so Mommy distracts us by taking out the plastic tub of rolled oats and putting it off to the side! Thanks mom!!

Happiness Is A Warm Mommy

Me and Magellan love our Mommy so much, we wanted to do something to make her feel extra special, so this morning before her alarm went off, we positioned ourselves on her belly, so that the first thing she saw when she opened her eyes was me and my brother laying there loving on her.
Of course she just melted and didn't want to move or get up, even though her alarm was blaring annoyingly.
She had to rise shortly though, because she had to be at the veterinarian's office between 8-9 am. No, not for us! Thank god!!
She was actually bringing in a feral cat that hangs out in her sister's yard, that had been trapped in a humane trap. Poor thing's gotta get spayed/neutered-depending on the sex!
Me and Magellan know all about getting neutered!
We love you, Mommy!
