Arrival Story: She ran into a friends house on a cold day in December, 2003. They could not keep her because they had over pets. So they were trying to find a home for her and the rest is history.
Bio: She stands straight up on her hind legs, and then she will put her claws onto my leg to knock me down to her level when she wants some attention. Imagine a 9 pound cat knocking you down. lol Midnight is the little love of my live, and my little best friend. Midnight had some issues about 7 months after she was with us. For some odd reason she would poop on the back bathroom sink, and she would also poop in the bathtub. Well, we had to resolve this issue so what does a Mom do? My forever parents were not happy campers about this. First I talked to her and told her not to worry we will try to resolve this problem. She did listen to me (hehehe) for about a second. Then I decided to do some research on the internet. Well, did a lot of research found out reasons why cats do poop other places besides their litter box. Number one reason was the litter I was using. I was using the scoopable kind just to save me some time (hahaha) what a mistake that was. After trying all kinds of different litter we finally resolve this issue. Now we are all happy campers. About a year 1/2 later, Midnight would lick & bite herself so hard that she would lick the fur off of her legs and stomach. Off to the Vet we went, the vet knew exactly what she had when he examined her legs. What she has is Feline Eosinopilic Granuloma, which in plain simple english it means she has allergies. Why do doctor's have to use such long words? She will have this for the rest of her life. *sigh* She gets anti-inflammatory shots every time this happens.

Thank you so much Catster HQ for picking my diary for today. I'm one happy cowgirl.
My lovely furhusband Ricki will be taking me shopping for a new cowgirl outfit and doing what all cowboys and cowgirls do....that will be lots of fun. I have never done that before. I have heard riding a horse is lots of fun and I know that my dear sweet Ricki will help me if I get scared.
I can certainly say we had a wonderful time last night. Time sure did go fast as it always does when we are with family and friends.
I must say Auntie Julie pot roast was out of this world.....shhh don't tell mommy...Auntie Julie's pot roast was better than my mommy's. And mommy Sherry chocolate pie and cake was delicious.
It was so nice to see Ricki playing his guitar and Buddie singing away....he sings very well. The singing lesson are helping him.
It was a wonderful evening seeing everyone and what a wonderful surprise to see Sarah Lee, Wilson J. Sccoter and Baci.
Thank you Hazel Lucy for a wonderful time....hope we can do this again very soon.
WOW!!!!! I can't believe that I was picked for Diary of the Day.
I am so exciting and happy...when mommy told me I nearly fell on the floor. And you should seen mommy dancing around. We all joined in with her...disco that and disco this. We had fun.

Oh my.....I was so excited I forgot to mention that Ricki my sweet, sweet husband is flying us off to Hawaii tonight to celebrate and some place nice and warm. Oh boy, I get to see my beautiful sister, Hazel Lucy and her Angel husband Buddie. Boy are we going to have lots of fun.
