Arrival Story:
Friday morning (9/9/2005) I was outside talking with momma cat when I heard a very loud meowing coming from my neighbors car that was warming up. When the neighbors were pulling away I seen a kitten fall from the underside of their car. When the neighbors backed up, it looked like they had hit the kitten. So I went over to check on the baby and she got up and ran beside my house and up beside my garage where there were balckberry bushes. I followed her as far as I could until I couldn't see where she went. Since she wasn't meowing I couldn't find her again. The next day (Saturday 9/10/2005) I heard meowing coming from the area of my garage. I took my plant clippers outside and went looking for the meow. I started cutting away blackberry bushes and each time I cut one she meowed. The neighbors said she had been outside meowing all night. I got ahold of her and brought her inside, gave her water and food. That night she was given 2 baths to get rid of fleas, flea medication, a good combing and lots of love and attention. Nothing is broken, and she is perfectly fine, so that car must of missed her.

Bio:
After 2 possible adoptions for Prissy that have fallen threw, I have chosen to keep her myself. She has become our 4th fur girl. She is now one of 10 kids; 4 human boys, 4 fur girls, and 2 feather girls. For those who wished her good luck on finding a home, Thank you! She has found a very loving home with us. :)

No Home Again

Momma just gave me the the news that we are not going to go meet my new family today. She said that they decided they were going to go on another vacation in December for a few days and not pick me up until January. Meow. She said that she is wanting to adopt me. YAY! I want to stay here with momma and my sisters. Meow. Momma said she has filled out an application and is waiting to see if she gets to keep me or not. I can't wait! Purr

Momma says that we are going to go meet my new family tomorrow. She said that someone wants me to live at their house with them. Meow. She said that they are adopting another kitty too. I'm going to miss my sisters that I have here. Meow. Momma says it sounds like they are going to be a good family for me. She says that after I meet these new people they will go on vacation and then when they get back I get to go to my new home. Meow. Lets see how this works out. Meow.

I was supposed to go to my new home today. My new people never showed up. Meow. Momma says that maybe they will make another appointment to pick me up. I hope so, I don't want to go to the pet store again for the night. Meow. I don't like those cages. Momma is happy I got to stay with her and my sisters though. Purr.
