We have just moved house and have been following the "keep cats indoors for two weeks" rule. Wwe have ahd to contend with litter trays again and everything. Anyway, we went to check on both cats in the morning to discover they had squeezed out of a tiny gap in the window. We had to call work to tell them we had a cat crisis and would be late. We then discovered that in our haste to find them we had locked ourselves out of the house. My husband was just trying to squezze through another small window when William turned up. There was still no sign of Mrs K though!
After a good search of the garden we decided to drive to our old house to see if she was there. No such luck.
We had to abandon the search and go to work. All day I was worried she had been hit by a car or had got lost - my mums cat never came back after getting out when they moved house.
When I got home I set about making lost cat posters, I had already called the SPCA who were going to look for her and put a message over the radio. Just as I finished printing the last poster who came strolling into the kitchen. Mrs Kensington. Cheeky girl!
