 Quick Bio:
 Coloration: Orange & White Tabby

Likes: Playing with his fuzzy mice; attacking hands and feet under blankets; kicking around anything that makes noise; scaling the cat tree; rolling that stupid little ball round and round while we're sleeping; napping on the recliner; camping out under the bed

Pet-Peeves: Loud, scary sounds; too many strangers in the house

Favorite Toy: Q-tips, fuzzy mice, and faucet water! He also likes anything that has the potential to make a lot of noise while I'm trying to sleep or to concentrate on anything important. He also like ink pens, which he kicks around and leaves for the dogs to eat.

Favorite Nap Spot: On the recliner and on the couch.

Favorite Food: Deuce is FAT! He likes to eat so much that he pushes Charlie away from the food dish. He's a big fan of plain chicken, although he doesn't get it often.

Skills: Deuce goes into stealth mode, and no one can find him.

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story: I had been wanting to bring in another kitten, especially since my pet sitter told me how depressed Charlie gets when we're gone for a couple of days. So I figured he'd be a lot better off with a buddy to keep him company. I went to the shelter and found Deuce, who was sleeping in his litter box. He could have cared less about us, but he looked like a little Charlie so we adopted Deuce. We had him checked out with the vet and brought him to his new forever home.

Bio: Deuce was 11 weeks old when we adopted him, and at that young age, he already went through his first crisis. We had to leave for Hurricane Katrina only three days after we adopted him. Luckily, by this time, he and Charlie became great buddies, so they were able to keep each other company as we moved all the animals and ourselves to a safer locations. Deuce has been skittish since we adopted him, and only recently has he really started to come out of his shell. He comes when I call him, lets me pick him up, and absolutely loves for me to stratch his side. He also loves to accompany us to the bathroom for some reason. Deuce's personality is finally starting to shine. He's one playful booger when he's in his safe zone. He loves to play blanket monster, which was cute when he was a kitten. It's not so cute anymore now that he weighs 12 lbs.
