Arrival Story:
On my 16th birthday I was helping a friend around her farm. She appoligized for not having gotten me a present. She offered I could adopt any feral cat on the farm, since mine had passed away recently. That day we found a new born kitten that was still covered in birth and clearly abandoned by its mother. It was very cold outside and we thought the kitten was already dead. Fortunatly, she revived under my care, although she never fully regrew her ears or the hair on her nose. She is also a feline dwarf, having very tiny legs on a normal body. "Baby", as she is almost always called, considers me her mother, and we spent almost every hour together since.

Bio:
Baby is a human-reared feral kitten who used up at least one life at birth. She has very short ears, that partly regrew after being totally frozen off and no hair on the end of her nose. She is brilliantly intelligent and unusually beguiling; I have even been offered large sums of money for her!

Monsters in the Slippers

Last night I was headed to bed after my usually crunchy snack and sip of water (Fresh from the faucet of course; you think I would drink that stuff stale?), when something terrible happened.
I was just sitting on my favorite book, The Ultimate Book of Cats, and enjoying odors from the armpits of my mother's boyfriend’s dirty shirt (I am a connoisseur of odors.) when I decided to try a sniff from his slippers. To my horror I discovered the foulest beast of all, a Nasty Orange-Bellied Odorous Demon Yak (NOBODY for short) had moved into the right slipper and was making itself comfortable for the night.

Naturally, my mother being a mere human, is unable to see these sorts of monstrosities. So it is always up to me to bravely defend her and our home. I proceeded to grasp the slipper firmly in my forepaws and rend with my teeth, while kicking the stuffing out of it - the NOBODY I mean - of course I wouldn't kick the stuffing out of the slippers - much!

Well that dislodged the vicious squatter. However, he was not fully deterred until I chased him around the bedroom for another fifteen minutes, while slapping a few objects off the dresser in his general direction.

Finally, I was able to sleep soundly, knowing my mother was safe. It was all in an evening's work.
