So we haven't been ABLE TO meow here, because poor Mommy just hasn't had the time (OR ENERGY),,

She STILL spoils us ALL rotten and she STILL makes the time AND ENERGY to give US attention, snuggles, kisses, huggins & LOTZA lovins'! So if WE HAVE A CHOICE?.. My sisfur's & I ALL AGREE,, it's NO CONTEST, (OR EVEN A QUESTION!!)...
ATTENTION, LOVINS' & SNUGGLES??.. ARE ALLLLLL, LOTZ MEOWY BETTER,, than giving that time UP?? Just to have Mommy type fur us!!....
(We all begged her tonight tho, to PLEASE let US MEOW?? But she said that SHE? STILL has to type/TRANSLATE, FUR US!!.. We begged some MORE?.. And well, I guess you can SEE WHO WON! HEE-HEE)....

My sisfur's and I, ALL,, wanted to meow: HAPPY THANKSGIVING EFFURYFUR & EFFURY FUR-PURRARENT!!.. We've missed a LOT here! So many changes, so many new furry faces and TOO MANY MISSED gifts & 'events'. But MOST OF ALL....

We think about YOU ALL effury day and we MISS YOU ALL effury day TOO! AND FURRY MUCH, ALSO!! Once in awhile, Mommy let's us check in here, but it's usually too quick to DO anything, except miss ya'll MORE!!

1.) What color is your collar?.. Ya know?, up until JUST a week ago?, I didn't WEAR a Collar!.. But mommy found my purrty Burgundy Collar, so I guess the answers is, MOL, Purrty Burgundy, HEE-HEE... (It even has a Medal, a Charm AND a Heart with my name & phone number on it!!.. I feel SO Purrty...)

2.) What kind of food do you eat?.. I eat Purina Dry kibbles, BOTH the Indoor Formula and the Cat Chow flavor. Mommy mixes them, I LIKE variety, MOL

3.) What are your favorite treats?.. This is weird TOO, but up until I saw my sisfur I.B.K. getting treats effury day?, I NEVER ate Treats, MOL... Now?, I just LUV those Greenies, TEMPTING Tuna flavor too, HEE-HEE... AND?, I HAVE to eat them side by side WITH I.B.K.!! :-)

4.) Do you have a valentine or significant other?.. Nahhhhhh, I'm too SPAZZY to even THINK about GUY kittyz, HEE-HEE... I love ALL my Furiends so I never really thought about "dating" I guess you'd meow it, MOL... I'm just a spazzy, single, fun loving kitty-kat!! :-)

5.) Do you get table scraps?.. Nahhhhhh,, I don't like Hooman food... I never did and I never will, MOL... My sisfur I.B.K. LUVS tablescraps tho, SHE'LL eat anything!.. HEE-HEE :-)

6.) What is your favorite toy?.. Hmmmm, I HAVE so MANY TOYZ!!.. HEE-HEE... I GUESS I'd have to meow it's the ring from a Gatorade Bottle, (that's what mommy calls it)... She throws them and I chase them and bring them BACK fur her to throw AGAIN!.. MOL... I have LOTZ of Gatorade rings and they're ALL OVER the meowy house!!, HEE-HEE :-)

7.) When is your birthday?.. Welllll,, they "Guestimated" my Birfday at the shelter where I was first raised, (AND where I, FOUND & CHOSE mommy & daddy when they visited!!),, to be the END of October... SOOooo,, Halloween being mommy & daddy's FAVE Holiday and ME their new FAVE KITTY, HEE-HEE, mommy & daddy chose Halloween fur my Birfday, and MeeeeeeeeeeWowzy!!.. Do we Celebrate!! :-)

8.) How many times a day do you get to eat?.. There is ALWAYS two bowls of kibbles down that mommy keeps freshly filled fur us all, (AND we have a water fountain, water bowl with running water that mommy puts ice cubes in fur us too!!),, then mommy gives us each a WEE BIT of moist food fur dinner... But Mouse, Pooky & I are FURRY CHOOSEY and will walk away leaving it UN-eaten... So it's a good thing that I.B.K. moved in, because SHE finishes effurything WE don't eat after she eats HERS!.. HEE-HEE :-)

9.) What is your favorite color?.. I GUESS Burgundy because that's what color my Collar meowy IS!! :-)

Dear "Spazzy" Diary, (HEE-HEE) :-)

GEE, I WAS SO, "Spazzily Excited" and all because MOMMY?, FINALLY got me ON video giving DADDY?, his "Every Morning-Daily-MASSAGE"!!!... I'm not QUITE SURE,, WHO enjoys those "Massages" MORE!?!.. Daddy?, or me!!.. But I DO meowy know, that we BOTH DO ENJOY THEM, FURRY meowy MUCH!!!...

**PURRRRRRRZ SPAZZZZILLY just THINKING about their "Massages" AND daddy, "Purrr, Purrrrrr, PURRRRRRRRRR"....**

BUT, fur some odd, SPAZZY REASON, I GUESS,, **POUTZ**,, the video would NOT "Encode" fur Catster and THEREFOR?, WILL NOT PLAY ON, my meowy PAGE!!.. And OH HOW MUCH I WANTED to SHARE that with EFFURYFUR!!... Oh, I love and massage MOMMY TOO!,, but daddy's massages?, well, I find them SOOO SOOTHING and tend to wind up in some kind of "Kitty-Massage-Induced-ZONE"...
I mean, I, MY MIND,, EFFURYTHING??, just "Disappears",, just leaves my mind and takes me to this Loving, Comforting, SOOTHING "Zone", which just FEELS, SOOOO meowy GOOD!!... (OH!, and usually??,, DADDY FALLS ASLEEP TOO!.. HEE-HEE...)
Of course, once I'm DONE my massaging?, I TOO snuggle DEEP INTO daddy's lap?, and hit "LA-LA-LAND" FURRY, Meowy quickly!!...

Mommy's massages are "our" way, of getting ready to "Snuggle down, & GET Comfy", cause I ALWAYS massage mommy?, at bedtime, when I snuggle down ON TOP of her legs, massaging away GENTLY because mommy's FRAGILE, MOL, and soon?, SHE'S asleep and I TOO SNUGGLE DOWN ON TOP of the soft, warm BLANKIE, ON TOP of mommy's legs and I'll sleep there??,, ALLLLL meowy NIGHT!!..
Ya see Diary?, NO ONE KNOWS WHY?, but from my FURRY FIRST NIGHT HERE?, (after ME CHOOSING mommy & daddy at the Shelter, MOL),, I automatically went to bed with mommy & daddy that furry first night and "Staked OUT", mommy's LEGS?, to sleep ON and EFFURY SINGLE meowy NIGHT TOO!.... Matter of fact?, mommy DID get bummed a wee bit, even tho she LOVED, ME BEING THERE. But because MOUSE, REALLY dislikes me?, well, she STOPPED HER ROUTINE, of sleeping curled up in a tight, little ball, CLOSE TO & AGAINST mommy's chest or FURRY close TO IT, effury meowy night!!... THAT?, was Mouse's "Routine" Diary, fur well,,,, I GUESS ALWAYS!, and I didn't KNOW THAT,, and after that?, Mouse REFUSED to sleep IN THE SAME BED WITH ME, (OR MOMMY!!),, and in doing so?, made mommy sad because that was "THEIR Thing"....

I SHOULD meow tho, that ever since Itty-Bitty-Kitty came INside?, and AFTER a good bit OF "Adjustment TIME", (AND Katitudes "Changes", MOL),, once I.B.K. realized that she HAD IT SO GOOD??,, SHE TOO started sleeping EFFURY nite??,, YOU MEOWY GUESSED IT!!.. IN BED, alongside mommy's LEGS and near ME too... (It's a good spazzy thing that I.B.K. and I HAVE "Bonded", because,, once there?, SHE REFUSES TO MOVE!, MOL..)...
SOOooo, I'd say that SHE TOO has "Staked Out" HER meowy spot!... ALTHO, BECAUSE OF this New "Developement" WITH I.B.K. sleeping IN bed and AGAINST mommy?, HEE-HEE,, MOUSE decided to LOSE a little of her "Katitude" and RE-claimed HER meowy SPOT IN BED?, AS WELL!!...
SOOooo, EFFURY NIGHT now?, poor mommy, MOL, has to SHARE her bed with THREE, FURRY SPOILED KATZ, who ALL hog the bed and?, REFUSE to move!!.. MOL.. ( I guess it IS a good meowy thing that daddy WORKS Nights, MOL, so THAT WAY?, mommy CAN SHARE the whole bed WITH ALL 3 of US!!..)

BUT,, WHERE'S POOKY you may meowy wonder???... Well, since the "Queen", (WITH the "Motor-Mouth", HEE-HEE), kat-naps on HER window seat in HER bedroom ALL meowy day??,, she keeps a FURRY different "Schedule" than the REST OF US, MOL... She'll come out to share dinner with us, but then it's back to HER ROOM?, she goes!.. AND, when WE ALL go to BED??,, THEN, POOKY comes out into the Living Room, where WE ALL WERE, ALL DAY, HEE-HEE... And she will stay and kat-nap OUT HERE, by her meowyself ALL NIGHT,, until RE-Claiming HER room, once daddy GOES to bed and mommy GET'S UP in the morning and WE ALL get up and come out WITH HER, MOL MOL...
Pookyz a silly critter, and ALWAYS tends TO keep to her meowyself, but we've heard mommy AND daddy "talking", (my sisfur's & I "Spy" a LOT, HEE-HEEE),, and they mentioned a FEW times, about how when from the time Pooky was born?, until she was 10-weeks old when her "keepers" FINALLY let mommy come and "Adopt", (More like RESCUE!!..), Pooky FROM a house FULL of Toddlers and small children!.. Who ALL carried poor Pooky around like a Rag-Doll, or their TOY!.. NEVER letting her down, and SOMEtime's carrying her around by the neck!!... OUCH, OUCH, & FURRY BIGG OOOUUUCCCHHHHHH!!!...

We know and MOMMY knows, that Toddlers and small children don't "realize" that they may BE hurting or "bothering" a kitten or puppy when they carry it around like a toy, or won't let GO OF them, even when they cry, whimper and/or even HISS & be mean, IF they know how to yet!.. And even THEN, they still may hold on TIGHT... But it's NOT the child's fault and mommy was just HAPPY when she COULD GO GET Pooky!!... It DOES explain a lot tho... WHY Pooky KEEPS to her meowyself... WHY she STAYS alone & AWAY FROM "others", (MOST of the time), cause she WILL occasionally make an "Appearance" fur WANTED ATTENTION!!.. But again,, ONLY WHEN SHE WANTS IT!!.. And I THINK, it's WHY out of ALL of us??,, Pooky DOES NOT LIKE, BEING HELD or PICKED UP!.. (ONLY IF/WHEN she ASKS fur it!!..)
I kinda feel bad fur her tho, cause I LOVE BEING HELD, cuddled, kissed AND snuggled,, YOU meowy NAME IT, HEE-HEE :-)

Oh well,, I guess I made up fur Pooky today,, at least in the "Motor-Mouth" department!.. MOL... And I PWOMISED mommy this would BE short, SPAZZY, but short, cause HEY!, that's ME!!... MeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeYowzy!!...
ANYhoo, mommy DID add 2 video's TO my page fur me, showing me having SOME meowy FUN!!.. Altho IN the one?, IS a RARE APPEARANCE BY??.. POOKY!.. Fur once?, she was "in the mood", MOL,, and actually??,, SPAZZIER THAN ME, HEEE-HEEE

HOPEFULLY??.. Mommy WILL USE the Camcorder that daddy GOT HER fur Christmas!.. She hasn't yet, cause she said that "Life" got hectic!.. Whatever THAT meowy means!.. And suddenly?, mommy didn't have enough time & energy fur "Life" OFFline AND "Life" ONline!!.. (Maybe THAT'S WHY, she's insisting we ALL "Keep it SIMPLE in 2009"!!.. MOL)... And I guess THIS?, WASN'T "Keeping it Simple"... (Sowwy mommy)... But it DOES explain WHY?, she's suddenly "Thinning out", HER web pages and even some of OURZ TOO!!.. BOO-HOO :-(
But we DO LUV Catster the meowy BESTEST, so if we lose some OTHER pages or so?, well,, THAT'S MEOWY OKAY!!.. ANYTHING??,, to keep MOMMY HAPPY & HEALTHY!!.. And anything that WILL give her AND US, more time HAVING FUN & GETTING DONE, what we ALL meowy want to, OFFline and ONline... TO ALLLLLLLL KITTYZ, DOGGYZ, & PURRARENTS,, TO ALLLLLLL OF CATSTER & DOGSTER!!,, THIS ENTRY'S FUR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....

I know, it's been a longggggggggggg while since ANY of us have meowed here at all!... We haven't meowed in our Diary's, Forum Threads, Groups Mails, and haven't even replied to our PURRRSONAL mails!!... Mommy STILL NEEDS to enter everyone here (except JAZZ), INTO the Catster Coolest Contest before it ends!, AND, we're ALSO in OTHER CONTESTS, but haven't shared ABOUT THEM, so alas, we've gotten hardly any meowy votes!! :-(
Now, we HAVE KEPT UP, and each day mommy read us the mails, and HAS told us about EVERYTHING that's been going on, and the three of us, (I.B.K. too,, but SHE wants to do her OWN entry, while WE THREE, Mommy's "CareTaker Kittyz"), will be posting the SAME Diary entry fur ALL to see & read!!... But anyway's, after much "meowing & pow-wowing" with us,, mommy FINALLY went thru all our mails... She even made notes fur us, MOL,, and while we HAVE caught up, and mommy BASICALLY cleaned out her/OUR overwhelming mail box?... There's STILL 70 mails, saved as "New", all because we wanna reply purrrsonal TO those mails and/or kittyz & doggyz!!... (If we're LUCKY??,, we'll catch up?, BY CHRISTMAS!... HEE-HEE-HEE... And if we don't make ALL our replies?, well,, by the time I/WE'RE done here?, YOU WILL ALL KNOW, HOW WE ALL FEEL!!... And HOW MUCH you ALL MEAN to us, each and EFFURYONE!! :-)
ANYHOO, enough of that, let's GET TO IT, K??....

FIRST, we HAVE TO SEND THANK YOU'S!!.. THANK YOU'S TO EVERY FUR, EVERY PURRRSON, who has sent us and mommy MANY, MANY mails, whether Group or P-mails, as well AS Gifties!!... We TRIED to keep TRACK OF the Gifties, because we OH SO WANTED to reciprocate to effuryfur, but that too, got overwhelming fur mommy and us!... So the BEST thing we can meow??, IS A BIGGGGG MEOWY THANK YOU!!... Thank you fur all the mails, msg's & Gifts, FULL of CARE & CONCERN... FULL OF SUPPORT, PURRRRRZ, WOOOOFZ, AND MANY UPLIFTING SENTIMENTS!!... The AMOUNT of PURRZ, WOOFZ & PRAYERS that were purred, woofed AND said fur mommy, (and us), was EXTREMELY OVERWHELMING!!... Some?, even had mommy crying, but no worries, they were tears of HAPPINESS, tears OF DEEP, HEARTFELT EMOTION & JOY, AT EVERYTHING, and ALLLLL THE LOVE, WE'VE RECEIVED!!!!...
And while you already know mommy has health & pain "isssues", since September things got very rough fur her, and while she's hung in there as best as she can, (AND HAS!),, the last few weeks, months even HAVE BEEN HARD... Hard fur her and hard ON HER!.. And sadly, OUR time HERE is what suffered the most!... But, WE'RE BAAAAACCKKKKKK!!.. And will SOON be "Motor-Mouth-Meowing" everywhere and ANYwhere!...

NOW, as I HAVE meowed our thanks, altho I really COULD go on, I DO wanna make this even more purrrsonal, and make UP fur all the replies we DID meowy miss!!... I had mommy MAKE A LIST,, (she did the best she could, mol),, and I HOPE that we don't leave ANYFUR feeling left out, as we TRIED to remember everything and effuryone!!... SOOOOooooo,,

First, Jazzi PAWS, now Jazzi ANGEL, we're sorry fur everything you went thru, and hope when you crossed the Bridge that our kitty cousins, Topper, Mandi & Gizmo were there to comfort & greet you and help make you feel a little at ease... We have BEEN PURRRRING & PRAYING fur you & your family and are saddened at all that's happened...
To Buzz, we hope our kitty cousins greeted you as well, made you feel at ease, and at least now you won't have any more seizures... We hope the other critter angels will make you feel better and our PURRZ & PURRAYERS go out to you & your family as well...
To Macallan, Merlin and Skyler Blu, we also send sad meowz & purrz, hoping our kitty cousins greeted you also, and helped to put you all at ease and bring you comfort as well... We also hope that your families/furamilies are finding some peace & comfort as each day passes and hopefully have found support, strength & comfort here AT Catster/Dogster, as much as we have during mommy's rough road... Meowless in Ohio =^..^=

Dear Spazzy Diary,

I just HAD to meow about this, even tho for the MOST part?, I am USUALLY MEOWLESS!!.. MOL
Ya see, I've been living with, AND LOVING my mommy, daddy, sisfur's AND Furever Home for, ohhhhhhh, about 3 and 1/2 years now, and up until I got sick last week?, mommy & daddy never realized that I DON'T MEOW!!... Oh, I can PURR, and I'm a hard, long & LOUD PURRER, but I just don't meow!!.. I PURR, and I DROOL, (usually doing BOTH at the same meowy time!, MOL),, but when it comes to meowing?, well, I guess I just don't see the point UNLESS I really HAVE something TO meow ABOUT!!...
How did "WE" come TO this realization??... Well, right AFTER mommy & daddy adopted little PURR, my "big" sisfur's, (Mouse & Pooky) and I were a happy "three-some", AND had a good LONG run of VERY good health!!... UN-fortunately, a week AFTER PURR came here to live, Mouse got sick and mommy KNEW as SOON as she saw Mouse, that Mouse was "out of sorts", and took her to see the BAD MAN, THE V.E.T.!!... The Vet gave her medicine and told mommy it was an upper respitory infection, and that Mouse WOULD get better as each day passed, BUT, reminded mommy that it was very contagious and to TRY and keep us all apart!!.. (Yeah, right!)...
Well, just as "humans" tend to do, especially those living close together, when ONE get's sick?, the REST usually catch it, and within 2 days?, Pooky and I?, were both sick too! :-(
Mommy KNEW right away, especially when Pooky TRIED to meow and all that came out was a "froggy croak" instead, MOL... Of course THAT meant a trip to the BAD MAN fur US TOO!... Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr @ the V.E.T.!!.. MOL
Well, long story short, it HIT mommy that very same night, and she told daddy that I've been WITH THEM going on 4 years now, and NEITHER of them have EVER heard ME?,, MEOW!!... Had I been the first to get sick, I'm SURE mommy would have still known that I was "out of sorts", after all, mommy IS home with us?, 24/7, and she knows us as well as WE know HER!!

SOOOooo, just by LOOKING at Mouse?, mommy KNEW she was "out of sorts", and then when Mouse AND Pooky BOTH meowed, and all that came out was that "froggy croak", (which mommy has SINCE NAMED, "MEOW-INGITIS", MOL),, that was the icing on the "we're all sick kat-nip cake"!!... And THAT made mommy realize that in ALL MY TIME HERE??, I have NOT meowed ONCE!!.. Never, EVER ONCE!.. Not even a TINY meow, MOL... Mommy and daddy even wondered IF I COULD meow, as they had never HEARD ME meow before, and they BOTH found it a little "odd" AND "curious", and were amazed at the fact that they had YET TO hear me meow, and wondered if I ever DID!?!.. They were ALSO AMAZED that THEY never realized in all that time, up until we got sick?, they had never even HEARD ME meow before!!

Well, in answer to what you're probably wondering NOW?, CAN I MEOW???...
OH YES!, YES!!, OH MY meowy YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!...
You see, as SOON as mommy put me IN my carrier?, YEP!, you guessed it!, I MEOWED!.. And oh boy, OH MEOWY BOY, DID I MEOW!!... I meowed LOUD, LONG & HARD, the whole trip TO the V.E.T.'S, quite persistently, and QUITE LOUDLY TOO, HEE-HEE :-)

(Fortunately, MY meow WASN'T just a "froggy croak", but a normal, healthy MEOOOOOOOW!!, which let mommy & daddy KNOW, that while I too was also "out of sorts"?, I wasn't AS sick, as poor Mouse & Pooky were... Of course that didn't matter, and I STILL had to have my OWN med's too!.. YUCK, YUCK, & MORE YUCKKKKKKKKK!!!...)

But mommy & daddy weren't gonna take ANY chances, with ANY of us, so we ALL saw the V.E.T., we ALL had to go thru getting yucky med's squirted down our throats, but since mommy IS good AND FAST, in GIVING us our med's?, she usually get's the med's IN, before we even KNOW what HIT US!!... Oh, we still struggle, (even MORE SO, now that we're getting BETTER), but THANKFULLY, mommy IS a GREAT medicine giver, VERY quick, and VERY gentle and loving, so we TRY to be as good about it?, as we meowy CAN be... (TO a meowy point!, MOL)...
Of course, it's a new week, and after taking our med's, and going to mommy fur love & comfort, we're ALL feeling LOTZ better, and getting BACK to our usual meowy selves!!... Mouse CAN meow sweetly, AGAIN... Pooky?, is ALSO meowing in her OWN SWEET meowy way again too!... And me??, I've gone BACK??, to being MEOWLESS IN OHIO!!...
Once I GOT home FROM the V.E.T'S??, I was HAPPY to BE home again, and once again, as quiet as a Church Mouse, as far as "meowing" goes, MOL...
WHY, don't I "meow"??... I honestly don't KNOW!!... But I CAN & DO PURRRR, and I purrrr like a little motor boat, and usually drool like a faucet when I DO PURRRRR!.. HEE-HEE :-)
I guess I just figure my PURRZ?, are "enough said", so to "meow", MOL,, and I guess, if asked WHY, I DON'T MEOW??,, all I can figure is that I CHOOSE NOT to MEOW!!!... Mouse, Pooky and now PURR?, meow loud enough, hard enough, and SOMEtimes persistently enough fur all 4 of us, so I save MY "energy"?, fur PURRRRRING!... To me?, a good, long, LOUD DROOLING PURR??, "says it all"!!... ESCPECIALLY when that PURRRRRRING comes right FROM my HEART!, and is FULL OF LOVE & meowy EMOTION!!....

SOOOOOooooo,, I am JAZZ, "Super Purrer with DROOLS included", and the "Spazzy, Comical Relief & Jokester" OF the house!!... And I, Jazz??, choose NOT to meow, as I,, am "Meowless in Ohio"!!!!!!! :-)

I guess like "peoples", we kittyz each have our own purrrsonalities, abilities, habits AND "quirks",, which makes us each unigue in our own meowy ways, and makes each of us "different", in our own meowy ways!!...

Dear Spazzy Diary,,

First, I MUST MEOW that my mommy, (AND daddy!), are PAWSOME!!... And I guess I'm even LUCKY that mommy IS typing this FOR ME!!... MOL
You see, I, am, A SPAZ.... I admit it, they named me Spaz at the shelter, but mommy & daddy CHANGED it to Jazz when they adopted me, thinking it was as purrrrty as I was, but they SOON learned that I was indeed, a SPAZ!... So, that is WHY, they NOW call me, Jazz "The SPAZ"... MOL :-)
But I'm avoiding, so, here goes....
You see, the other night, while mommy was sleeping soundly, I, as usual, just HAD to "investigate" the top of the TV stand, where mommy has photo's, and purrrty things,, things that INTEREST ME, HEE-HEE... And, well, she ALSO had one of her FAVORITE nic-nac's, (something NOT easy to find OR get), called a "Flitten", a winged kitty, up there with the photo's... She has several, but this one was tall, so it needed "room"... ANYhoo, it was a purrrty little kitten, with purrrty colorful wings, hanging from a tall tree branch, kinda like the "Hang in There" kitty, surrounded by white flowers... It really WAS purrty... (MY BAD!) :-(
Well, I GUESS I was a wee too spazzy, and knocked down a photo, and well, THAT knocked down the "Flitten", which proceeded to hit EVERYTHING on IT'S way DOWN to the floor!....
Poor mommy got up the next day, to a wingless kitten, STILL hanging from the ONLY branch left, and flowers & pieces piled EVERYWHERE.... (Daddy QUICKLY cleaned it up when he got home from his nite shift!)....
When mommy saw it?, I saw her face, DROP!... BUT, (and I WAS watching all this, from a far),, she gathered it all together, TRIED to SEE IF it could be saved, then calmly threw away the ruined pieces.... She DID, THO, SAVE the "Flitten", and found she COULD re-attach the two broken branches, leaving the wingless kitten, simply looking EXACTLY like the "Hang In There", kitty!!... At that point?, she carried it to the HIGHEST spot in the house, where even I CAN'T spazzily reach it!.. Then she STILL, CALMLY, said to daddy, "Stuff Happens".... And, "Hey, we have 3 katz in the house, these things'll happen, oh well, STUFF?, can be replaced, katz'll be katz!!".... (Even THO the "Flittens" ARE hard to find!)....

I quietly approached mommy after all this, and ya know what she did??.... She DIDN'T holler at me... She DIDN'T snub me... She WASN'T angry at ALL, and she proceed to PICK ME UP,, HUGG ME TIGHT, AND TELL ME????,, THAT SHE LOVED ME!.. And with LOTZ of meowy KISSES too!!!!,,,,
Now, may I ask you?,, am I ONE SPOILED, LOVED, AND LUCKY KITTY!?!, or what!?!....
I know I PICKED mommy & daddy when they visited the shelter... I WAS, QUITE persistent!.. And I guess I must have KNOWN, even THEN, that THEY would love me, Spazzy Jazz, more than I've EVER BEEN meowy loved!!...
(To THINK, someone actually?, threw me away!) :-(
I, was one of the LUCKY ONES at the shelter!.. And I oh so wish, every time I may dream of being there, (altho the older I get?, the more those dreams fade away),, but when I DO remember being there,, I wish that ALL THE CRITTERS THERE,, WOULD FIND LOVING HOMES, AS LOVING AND PAWSOME, AS MINE IS!!!...
I wish ALL shelter critters would be given a chance, and find wonderpurr furever home, as I was lucky enough to do... (I even "eaves dropped" once, and heard mommy & daddy SAY, that IF they EVER say, won the lottery, whatever THAT meowy is!?!, that they'd build and have a No-Kill Shelter, and save and help every critter that they meowy could!!)... Like I meowed, I sure did get lucky! :-)
SOOOoooo,, that's my story,, and I'm stickin to it!... I confess, I was, AM, a SPAZ, and I broke mommy's favorite nic-nac,, but she loved ME more, and hugged me, simply saying, "Stuff happens"!!....

The Twelve Days of "Catmas"!! & Jazz's Spazzy Thoughts!! - =^..^=

**Seeing that BOTH Mouse AND Pooky are "kat-napping", Jazz jumps on mommy's lap, gives her that "Look", starts purrrrring loudly AND drooling, and seeing the look in MOMMY'S eye's, KNOWS, that MOMMY knows what she wants!... And with a few quick meowz, purrz & purrr-chirps, Jazz tells mommy what to type for her....**

Dear SPAZZY Diary,,

It sure has been awhile since I've meowed here, but Mouse & Pooky ALWAYS seem to HOG ALL mommy's online, (Catster) time, leaving none for me! :-(
Of course MOST of MY meowy time is spent BEING A SPAZ, and running around PLAYING!!.. HEE-HEE... :-)
ANYhoo,, mommy read me this ADORABLE Christmas poem that she got in her e-mail, and WE got in group mail, and because it IS the Holiday Season, and it IS an adorable, FUNNY KAT poem, I thought it only purrrrr-fect that I put it in MY "Spazzy Diary"!!...
Before I DO tho, I HAVE to mention that because Christmas IS coming?, THREE times now, my sisfur's and I caught mommy coming home with bags that seemed to "jingle", and she put them RIGHT away, IN a closet, ON the TOP meowy shelf, so there's NO peeking for us!!... I KNOW they're for us, because I over heard mommy tell DADDY something about US being spoiled come Christmas day!!... I mean, if they WEREN'T for us?, then WHY would she meowy hide them, right!?!... I TRIED to get Pooky to HELP me peek, but Pookyz too "good" for THAT, MOL... And Mouse?, well,, she'd rather CHASE ME than meowy HELP ME!!... So, I guess we have to wait for Christmas day, and I guess that's okay, seein's as we're ALREADY meowy spoiled, HEE-HEE!!

I DO know tho, that mommy & daddy went to the shelter over the weekend, and gave the kittyz THERE, LOTZ of toyz to play with, treats to eat, AND a few other things that the shelter had on their "Christmas Wish List", only they need those things ALL the time, so mommy & daddy made sure to GET a few of those "Wish List" things to donate ALONG with the toyz & treats!!... Of course, ALL they talked about when they got home, was HOW CUTE ALL THE KITTYZ WERE!, and how DADDY wanted to bring home a little cutey he fell in instant love with!... But then again, daddy loves ALL kittyz, (mommy too of course, mol),, but daddy's ALWAYS talking about bringing home MORE!!....
Sheeeeesh!... You'd think he'd be MORE than amused by MY meowy antics!.. But, if I REALLY stop and think about it?, it WAS daddy who begged mommy to adopt ME from that shelter, over TWO YEARS AGO!!... My oh meowy my, how fast time flys when you're spoiled, loved, and WANTED!... So, I guess I can "share" daddy's love & time with the shelter kittyz, seein's as I, WAS A SHELTER KITTY ONCE, too!... And if it wasn't for daddy & mommy, I wouldn't have the WONDERPURR FUREVER HOME I have now, AND two pawsome sisfur's as well!!...
Well, that's enough "rambling" for ME!... Mouse & Pooky do enough meowing for a DOZEN kittyz, so I'll just be "me", post what I came here to post, then go see what kind of spazzy things I can get into!... I gotta keep mommy laughing, after all!!... Since she can't work, and is ill and/or in pain a lot of the time, it's MY meowy JOB, to KEEP her smiling and laughing!!..

SOOooo,, if you're reading this, I hope you enjoyed my entry, AND the ADORABLE poem I'm having mommy put below!.. And I also hope that all those "cuteys" at the shelter?, DO find loving furever homes,, just like I meowy did!!
After all, I was once there, and I KNOW it's not a "happy" place, even tho the workers and people like mommy & daddy, who visit, TRY and make the critters there happy, if at least for a little while!... Matter of fact, if "Santa-Paws" were here right now, I'd ask him to GIVE all those critters homes, but I can do one better than that, and Purr & Purray with mommy, and hope that God protects them, and leads them ALL to good, loving, FUREVER HOMES!!
Especially since "Santa-Paws" only works ONE night a year,, and God?, works EACH AND EVERY DAY!!... AND, HE works MIRACLES!! :-)
**And with that,, Jazz meowz one last time at mommy, and runs spazzily off to see what she can "get in to"!!....**

The 12 Days of "Catmas"


On the first day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me. . .
A carpeted cheaply
home-made cat tree.

(Feeble attempt by the Big Owner to get me
off his bed where I take up most of the space. Sorry, no go.)

On the second day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me. . .
Two catnip toys.

(They were destroyed within minutes.
Next . . .)

On the third day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me. . .
Three nuggets of Pounce.

(Stingy humans. After they went to bed I knocked the can over and ate the rest.)

On the fourth day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me. . .
Four furry mice.

(Fake, what a disappointment.)

On the fifth day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me . . .
Five small lattice balls.

(They made such an irritating noise on the hardwood floor the Big Owner took them away the next day.)

On the sixth day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me . . .
Six floppy stuffed Beanie Dalmations.

(95 to go. Big whoop.)

On the seventh day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me . . .
Seven pet food covers.

(Hold on here, buckeroo. I eat a whole can of that stuff at one sitting. Covers suggest I won't be doing that anymore? Over your dead body.)

On the eighth day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me. . .
Eight hairball toys.

(Looks like the real thing.)

On the ninth day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me . . .
Nine humans dancing.

(Trying not to step on the fake hairballs.)

On the tenth day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me . . .
Ten balls of twine.

(Old reliable. Z-z-z-z-z. I may knit a noose for the Big Owner.)

On the eleventh day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me . . .
Eleven minutes of scratching.

(It's about all the Big Owner can handle before strands of hair fly up into his nose and make him sneeze all over me.)

On the twelfth day of Catmas,
my humans gave to me . . .
Twelve human hugs and kisses.

(It makes up for all the rest!)

It was a good day.
