Arrival Story:
I had wanted a Scottish Fold for years, but my husband and I couldn't justify getting a "designer" kitty when so many other kitties needed rescuing. However, we made a compromise and decided to get two straight-eared Scottish Folds because people tend to want the folded ear varieties. So, we researched breeders online, and went to visit Gilly Cattery near San Diego. We fell in love with Gus and his sister LuLu and brought them home via a 2 hour car ride on July 4th weekend in southern California traffic!
Bio:
Gus is very small. The vet thinks he may be the runt of his litter. Gus makes up for that with a BIG appetite. However, he refuses dry food, instead preferring whatever WE are eating or his wet food. Gus loves playing, and he likes to growl at his toys while he plays. When he feels like resting, he climbs in my lap and goes to sleep upside down with his tummy in the air, purring the whole time. He is a SUPER purrbox. He also has VERY bad table manners.
