Chasing Greeblies (dust bunnies), chasing Da Bird, chasing his brothers, Sparky and Lucky, chasing paper balls and basically anything that moves. Ya see a theme here?
When the Greeblies get the better of him, when someone hisses at him, when he is picked up and mooshed without his consent, getting his nails clipped.
Da Bird, paper balls, cat nip, the broom, the Greeblies, those little plastic balls that crunch and generally make alot of noise, pulling himself across the floor as he suspends himself from the boxspring - at 5am every morning.
Favorite Nap Spot:
under the heatlamp on his back, as close to Sparky or Lucky as they'll let him, on top of or inside his kitty condo, sprawled in the middle of the floor, anywhere he falls really.
his dry food...he's not smart enough yet to realize that humans got something better to offer...but he'll learn. Eventually. He has just realized that wet food can also be quite yummy. Only took a year.
Frodo is really good at scaling these dividers we have in our living room. Loves to jump of top and walk back and forth. He's also practicing his pouncing and ambushing skills by stalking Sparky as he leaves the litter box.
Frodo was living in a cage with 9 other kittens and 2 adult cats, none of which had been handled very much for the first 5 months of his life. He struck us with his big beautiful blue eyes, just like the Frodo in the movies. With his "dirty" face and feet, it looked like he was on a loong journey and wanted to come home. I think we saved his life really, because had he stayed who knows how long he would have been in that cage. He would have recieved no love from humans or cats. So, he came to live with us, where he is learning (slowly) that hey, humans ain't too bad!
Frodo is quite beautiful, but unfortunately, he's not the brightest lit bulb. He's not a particularly fast learner, at least where his two older brothers are concerned. He wants ever so much to be their friend, but they are older, and don't appreciate his pouncing games. But they get along fine, and he's learning when and when not to jump - just at an excruciatingly slow rate. When his brothers shoo him away he enjoys chasing anything that moves, hoarding small objects, and scaling our divider walls. Now that Sparky has accepted the fact that this Ball of Energy is not leaving, Frodo has taken up fighting lessons with our resident conquistador, Don Sparky.

So, I've been living here almost a year now. At first, my adoptive brothers Sparky and Lucky did not appreciate my arrival. It was scary to have two big cats hissing at you when you're the runt of the litter. But, I continued my friendly playful advances and finally broke them down. I think they like me.
One thing I'm really excited to do is learn how to fight. Sparky has been teaching me different moves. Its so cool! We have lessons...Sparky will sit in the middle of the living room floor and wave his tail. That's my signal to rush him from behind, and then we go at it. I'm still learning, but learning from the best - Sparky's a reigning champion and has never lost a battle yet! He is my idol!
