Arrival Story: Nina was brought to my vet's office for spaying as part of a spay/neuter-release project by a local cat's angel. However, Nina was so affectionate and sweet that everyone decided she did not want to be "released". Those cats who are good adoption candidates go to a wonderful adoption center. But, poor Nina tested positive for FIV. So she languished at the vet's office for several months looking for a single-cat home. When no one else could see how wonderful she was...my husband gave her to me as a birthday present.
Bio: My other cats have now been vaccinated against FIV and Nina has been vaccinated against Felv. So...we are hoping that Nina will have a wonderful life here.
