Arrival Story:
Bill was in shelter, but couldn't be put up for adoption because his moods were too unpredictable. One minute he'd purr so you could hear him across the room and the next minute he'd scream, leap across the room, and start eating tacks...How could I not love all that character? He likes to ride around on shoulders...until he decides he's done with the ride (then you better be wearing a thick shirt!). He likes to take over the bathroom and lure the dogs in just to slam the door on them. Bill is still a moody boy, but he keeps me entertained. He can get into and out of anything. He definitely walks the tightrope between genius and insanity!
