Arrival Story:
One late night, I took a study break to walk to the snack machine in the other dorm. Out of the bushes strolled a tiny brown taby with beautiful green eyes, a big pregnant belly and a broken meower. "Mi, mi, mi" is all she could say. Being that I am a sucker, I picked her up. She put her arms around my neck and gave me a hug. At that point, it didn't matter that I wasn't allowed to have pets in the dorm, she came back upstairs with me. She gave birth in my closet to four beautiful babies. I found homes for them all, but Tyler came back. I named her Mocha, because I went down stairs craving chocolate, and came back with a cat. She's been with me ever since. She's the sweetest cat I have ever had.
Bio:
Mocha would really prefer it if I had stopped being sucker once I picked her up out of the bushes. She could do without all those stupid boy cats muddying up the litter box. And those dogs could go too. But she endures all, with dignity and grace. She's the only cat I have ever met, that will come when I call her. She plays "fetch" too. Super cute. The best cats in life are free.
Sadly, Mocha passed away of a sudden and serious illness June 16, 2007. She is very deeply missed.
