Arrival Story: I met Foo when he was about six months old. I just moved into a group house. After two months, I got a new roommate with two cats. One was Foo, this cute little male orange tabby. He was rescued from a local shelter after living with a family with kids where he wasn't treated well. Foo took to me immediately and me to him. I think the peanut butter helped :) I lived there for a couple more months then moved out. I had become friends with his mom. So I did see Foo after that. His mom, Michelle, said he had become unbearable after I moved out. He missed me and was acting up all the time. About a year later, we became roomies again. Foo again was always at my side. Then it was time to move again. I was staying in town, Michelle was moving to California. She wanted me to have him. I refused at first, but he and I bonded so well and we loved each other so much. She knew I would give him a good home. So I took him. He's my sweet, sweet little boy and I love him tons. Thanks Michelle! He's the best present I ever received!
Bio: Foo has had two knee reconstructions. No, he's not a champion runner! Some sort of genetic blip. His previous mommy got him the surgery he needed and he's just fine today. Foo is getting mature and still has lots of energy and spunk. Just after I got Foo from Michelle, I got a new kitten, Foo's sister Mosi. I couldn't have asked for a better pair of cats. They love each other! Mo was just what Foo needed. When Foo was about three years old, I moved in with my boyfriend and his large dog. This has been Foo's biggest challenge. He does not like any dog, never mind one who is 85lbs and doesn't fear a cat's claw!! But after a lot of adjustment, things are much better. Foo tolerates the dog, but will never like her or love her. Now Foo has two younger brothers, Milo and Ray-Ray. Foo loves playing hide and seek and chase with his brothers. Those boys are always playing around!
