The life and times of Brady kitten

I am a cat once again!!! I am officially a cat!!!

HEAR YE...HEAR YE...BRADY HAS DONE IT.

I have caught and killed a mouse. Yes indeed, I did it. Mom and Dad and little Ben went on a trip (without me) and I saw this little mouse. I named him Edgar, and we played and had some fun. Edgar was telling me that Mam and Dad just left me never to return, but I knew that was not the case. I was telling Edgar I was thinking of getting Dad a gift when he returned, but I was having a hard time thinking of what to get him.

Well, it seemed to me that Dad was sort of ashamed of me for being a F.O.M. that I decided I would have to sacrifice Edgar. Of couse I did not tell him of my plans. Well, while he was snoozing, I snuck up on him and...did the deed. I sort of felt bad, but I know I would earn my cat stripes and I knew that Dad would say "BRADY IS A CAT!!!!!" And Guess what...when I gave him Edgar as a gift he was surprised and put him it his white seat with the water in it, and I never saw Edgar again.

Dad seemed happy but told me I needed to still try to be Friends with Mice first. Any way, I am still friends with Howard who is living in the basement, Dad does not know about him yet...

New Brother

Hello, I have been shamed into not writing due to my friend of mice issues. But I am here to announce that I have a new brother. He is a human named Benjamin. I guess mom and dad must really like him because he got my room! Can you believe all of the stuff they bought me for the last 9 months was really for him! I am no fool though, I still hid under his little bed. They even moved my bathroom! The horror.

Anyway, I'm not sure what to think right now, he sleeps all the time, like me. He eats all of the time, like me. He seems to meow, like me, but he does what dad calls crying. Colby (our sister) seems to like to sniff the little guy and lick his face. I guess that is better than what she normally does to me!!!

Well, that is it for now. I'll update you all later, time to snooze...

Friend of Mice

These little paws have to stretch out as I have not written for a while. I guess it was because I was a little nervous about telling you all this...but...I'm a friend of mice...yes, a F.O.M. for short. I know I need to turn in my feline card now as now cat can really be a friend of a mouse, so it is with great sadness that I do so. I am sure that there are others out there, ashamed of having a mouse friend, and we can all start F.O.M. anonymous if you want.

I guess I should explain. You see, Mom and Dad gave me mice to play with when I was little, and I loved them!! I played with them and they were my pals. They kept on giving them to me, so they were feeding this problem I have. I mean what am I to do when a real mouse stops by, I make friends and play! But both Mom and Dad were ashamed of me when Rodney (that was his name) hid at my feet when they were attacking him. I mean seriously, they want me to play with mice, but not make friends? Next thing you know Rodney is gone, outside, and his little lifeless body was left out in the cold. To top it all off, Colby, my sister wrote about it in her DIARY! The shame I felt was horrible.

WOW, do I feel better now that I got that off my fur. Lots to catch you all up on, first, my Patriots are in the Playoffs!!! That was a good thing; dad was worried for a while. Second, the mom and dad re-did my room!!! It have bears all over it called pooh, and there are the softest places to sleep, I don't know why the keep calling the "the baby" as in "Brady get off the baby's changing table", or "Get out of the baby's crib". I'm 2 not a baby!
