he loves his multi functional revolving ball toy with springy mouse action, but he also enjoys playing with his fleecy ball and an occasional tussle with his refillable cat nip mouse always seems to make his day!

The couch or windowsill, cradled in Mama or Papa's arms, or in small boxes
Favorite Food:
kitty treats, people food: he begs for our tuna or eggs but never gets more than a pinch

he's a ninja... he has the ability to make you swoon at his every movement, he jumps pretty high...oh and he can give the best crazy eyes look ever, he is a very good talker

Arrival Story:
My co-worker who is the owner of Toby (quimby's brother) showed me a flier with Quimby's picture on it and I emmediately fell in love with his pensive stare. I called my fiancee right then and there. She was also convinced (after seeing the flier) that Quimby must be part of our family. We actually hadn't planned on owning a cat until we had moved away from Sacramento and settled a bit, but Quimby was a unique kitty. He was so observant and he was also very independent. After visiting with him, My fiancee and I went home to an empty catless apartment to mull it over, but there really was no mulling to be done. We both felt this void that could only be filled by Quimby Cat, so we picked him up in early April and our lives have never been happier. He fits well in our little apartment, but he will soon have a bigger space to stretch out his paws and practice his ninja moves.
Bio:
Quimby will soon become one of Oakland's handsomest kittens. We will be moving there soon into a beautiful spacious Victorian apartment only a block away form lake merrit where he will enjoy playing with the ducks on his daily harness walks. Oh and we are currently looking for a companion for Quimby. We feel that he needs a little more feline interaction so we want to adopt another cat to share our home with. Quimby is a very playful cat who needs a best buddy be it female or male.

AAAAHHH being a kitty is too much stress!!!
I thought I was all cool and flea free!! Infact I thought those little buggers in my fur where just hangin out cause I was a cool ninja but then the biting began. They bit me on my paws, they bit me on my nose and they even bit me on my poor kitty butt!!! I couldnt handle it. I tried to tell Papa and Mama but they thought I was just being cute. Today, papa was cuddling me after what he called his "last day at work before the move". He saw one of the biting tenants in my fur and tried to pick it out. Uh oh I thought I know whats coming next. I heard the running water from the living room and I braced myself for wetness. Sure enough it came and went but I guess they where still alive!! he brought out a little packet of "medicine" the vet had given him as a "sample" and put it on my back. It kinda tickled but I soon found that the buggers started sayin see ya later!! some of them left my fur all sick like and others didnt move at all. Im hoping that this "medicine" helps get rid of my uncool guests....they suck, literally!!!

Wow I cant believe it!!! After all this time begging my Papa to get me on Catster it finally happened. I guess I could understand though, he and Mama have been busy getting ready for what they call "moving". I dont know exactly what that means though, I guess it might be that they will be going in that metal animal that has room for them to sit in. Its really wierd...they can somehow make this animal purr and ride it down these long passageways with other animals going up and down. Papa and I have been having fun going out with my jacket. Ill have to have him take pictures of me in it. We go and visit Mama at what the call "work". So hopefully I might get a sister soon or at least if Mama and Papa find one that will want to play with me. I guess having another girl in the house might be ok. Mama is a girl and she is always cuddling me and loving me. She kisses me all the time and I peck her back. Some times I get so fuzzy and warm that I nibble on her and Papa's hands but I dont know if they like that. I know that it might not be good to nibble but I just cant help it!!! Anyway, Mama says it will be good for me to have a sis cause then I can nibble on her paws when I get bored. Well I guess this is it for now. My paws are a little to big to hit the rocks on this weird board so its taking quite a while for me to write... Wait what is that little blinky thing... I want to catch it!!!!!
