Arrival Story:
MiMi found me and my sister, Scooter, when we were babies underneath an abandoned house. Sadly, my little sister was only 5 days old when she was spirited away to Rainbow Bridge because of a fatal genetic deformity. I was born with some genetic problems, as well, but MiMi sez these endeared me to her heart forever. I was born without a meow and would never reach a normal growth. I didn't have no tail either, if you want to call that a genetic flaw. And so it came to pass that I would forever be known as MiMi's Small, Silent Tiggy.

Bio:
I was a timid little thing and never ventured far from my MiMi's lap. I was welcomed with big loving meeeooowws by my "sisters" Zero and Whisper. They never hissed or growled at me ever. They seemed delighted to have a baby "brother" to love and play with. We all slept together too when MiMi's lap wasn't available. Since I was the silent one, Mimi kept an extra watchful eye out for me. I can't remember a time when I wasn't treated special and kindly in my wonderful forever home. (To be continued)

No! it was just too horrible and shocking, the catastrophic accident that took this sweet and gentle little boy away from me that terrible day in June 1985, The details of his sudden and unexpected death are still too painful to put into words now 20 years later. My tiny little boy's soul was gone instaneously and my only consolation is that it happened so fast, he never knew what happened until he woke up cradled in Everlasting Arms. He was only 2 years old and weighed but 3 or so pounds, having been born with problems of genetics that would forever kept him looking as if he were still a kitten, I never heard him Meow or Purr. Oh, he had a innocence and a sweetness about him that made me want to protect him and guard him every minute. Whisper and Zero kept the watch when I couldn't. In that one unguarded moment, he was gone!

Tigger'a baby sister, Scooter, at 2 weeks preceeded him in death May 26, 1983

Tigger's permanent memorial site is at The Candlelight Rose Ceremony at
