A Day in the Life

It's been a while...

I almost forgot I had this, then I got a new friends' request.

A quick update: Onyx left last August, thank goodness. I was so happy to have my house all to myself. I hear the people say sometimes that they miss having him around, but I don't know why. He was a trouble maker and always tried to get me in trouble along with him. I had a great Christmas! I got some new toys, so it was great. I've kinda befriended "Bunny." He runs at me sometimes and it scares me, and when I run, he chases me. I'm scared for a minute, but then I realize it's this thing's way of playing, so I calm down.

Today is a lazy day for me. The people never do much on Sundays, so I get a lot of attention. I always follow the girl around and just lay close to her. The boy is just weird. He likes to pick me up and sit me back down. I think he laughs at how I meow... stupid boy.

There isn't much to talk about in my life. It's very peaceful and relaxing. I couldn't be happier! (Well, except if the boy would quit making me meow and laugh at me).

*sigh*

I have had a rough weekend. It all started early yesterday morning about 5 a.m. human time. Onyx likes to roam through the house and meow in attempts to get attention or something. He says it's to help the humans wake up, but they have their own method (this thing comes on with more people talking and making music, and they always get out of bed after that). Anyway, he started the meowing that he does where he doesn't even take a breath in between... just constant "meow, meow, meow...etc." So, this put me in a bad mood because he's just annoying. Well, the humans finally woke up, and I was so excited when the girl went to take a bath because that meant FAUCET WATER FOR ME!! Well, someone didn't put the lid down on the human litter box (although it doesn't have litter... it has water that disappears when a handle is touched), and I thought I could balance on the side to jump onto the sink (I was still so excited). But, I fell into the bowl :( and I got all wet :( And the girl laughed at me for what seemed like forever. Then the boy laughed at me. I was so sad and embarrassed. I got my water though!

Well, after Onyx's "rough morning on the job," he went to sleep, so I had the humans all to myself. They petted me and played with me for hours! It was great. Then Onyx had to wake up and I tried to stay away from him, but he kept finding me. No amount of growling and hissing can make him understand, but I am too nice to swat at him. I just keep telling myself, "Less than 2 more months."

HIM

Okay, the humans found out about the catster thing, and, in attempt to create peace and love throughout the home, Onyx and I have been forced to add each other as friends. You can see the little trouble maker on my friends list.

*sigh* less than two months left of him being my "housemate."
