Mommy Doesn't Get It

Dear Diary,

I don't know why Mommy persists in sleeping past 5 a.m. Seriously. Doesn't she know I will starve if there is even one white spot visible at the bottom of my food bowl?

Plus, Mommy keeps talking on the phone. When I hear talking, I of course think that it's directed at me...so I talk back. And I like to make sure that she can hear me, too.

Sissy is grating on my last nerve. She seems to think that she is in charge of the bathroom. She is wrong. I am in charge of the whole house. Therefore, whenever she goes in there, I go too, and I get in the nice fun bathtub. Then, she pops her stupid head over the side and hisses at me. I don't move, though. I was here first.

I really do hope that Mommy doesn't get motivated and put up her new shower curtain. That would mean that the Target bag I've been sleeping on since Saturday would not be there anymore. I haven't even CHEWED on this one.

Mommy did share some cheese with me, but she's on some stupid diet and won't bring home any ice cream. She doesn't need to eat any...I will take care of that.

Now Emily is trying to take the bag away. Even though she's way bigger than me, she knows better. I guess I will have to get her in a headlock and lick her ear for a little while. That will teach her.

Till they make me mad again,
Maggie
