Bio: Chiefy is old and cantankerous. All my other cats give her a wide birth. She has had dogs cowering in corners in her time. She isnt all bad, she has a soft side that she dosnt show very often, she will jump on to someones lap and purr and scrunge quite happily.......until you want to move her, then watch out!!

Its been five years today since Chiefy passed over the bridge.
There hasn't been a day when I have not thought about her. She was feisty and cantankerous and she ruled the home. All the other cats used to give her a wide berth, but she also had a very loving side which she shared on her terms.
I still feel the sadness, but thinking of her now brings a smile with the memories.
We have flowers in the house for Chief and we have lit a candle. We know she is still with us, she makes it very clear when she is around, just like when she was alive.
There is a bridge of memories
From earth to heaven above
It keeps our dear ones near us
It's the bridge that we call love
Chiefy, you were and are one of a kind, thank you for being part of my life.
