Arrival Story:
Chakrah is the only cat that we purchased. We found her at a pet store on a day we were moving into a new apartment. I will admit I had to have her with her beautiful blue eyes and 7 claws on each front foot. She was just too cute for words. That was in May of 1996.

Bio:
She makes this wonderful sound, "Purr Snooph". She has been dubbed our B'nooph. She is sweet and lovely. She is also quite lazy. She had her first kittens three weeks after Trivia did. They are Muppet, Wednesday and Ghingis. All three of them have extra claws also. She had her second litter two weeks after Trivia had her second. In May of 1998, James and I were going through some tough times. We were moving out of a house we had hoped to buy but were not able to. Chakrah had been let out. It took us until the next day to find her. When we did, she had a cut in some of her soft tissue that was about 3/4 of an inch long and kind of deep. We treated it and hoped for the best. We couldn't afford a vet at the time. She healed up beautifully. We moved to North Dakota after that. We found a home in June. In August, Chakrah gave birth to three kittens. She lost one. The other two we dubbed the weasals. She also adopted Neko after we found her. Therefore, Neko is an honorary weasal not a real one. Since the most recent move, Chakrah has been her sweet normal self. She spends most of her time on the bed or at the back door basking in the sun. Chakrah is the mother of Muppet, Wednesday, Ghingis, Isis and Demeter.
