Arrival Story:
She's actually Puma's sister, but it's a funny story. She came in to the shelter while I was working there. I felt strongly drawn toward her but didn't know why. Then the friend who had given Puma to me came to the shelter with her whole family (mom, brothers, sister) and identified Salem as Puma's long lost sister who had been given away to someone else. I couldn't leave her at the shelter, she HAD to come home with me. She is DEFINITELY my Puma's relation!

Bio:
Salem is absolutely adorable. She plays with the other cats but gets very whiny and growly when she's losing the battle. When you whistle, she "sings" by jumping into your lap and yelling in your face. She is neurotic and seems to have her own agenda. Her resemblance to her brother is uncanny... In the one picture, you can see Puma's urn. It rests on my bed where he used to sleep with me all the time. He'd lay on my back and groom my hair. :)
