Arrival Story:
He belonged to a friend and I wanted a cat in my life again (hadn't had one since childhood). She asked me if I would take him and I jumped at the chance. :)

Bio:
Puma was my soul mate. He came to me and guided me through some rough times in my life and I loved him so dearly. He was a very special boy. He had crystals in his urinary tract (I blame myself for not knowing enough about cats to prevent this) and had to be rushed to the doctor's. They moved him to surgery ASAP but he died when they began anesthetizing him. It was at that point that I realized that I needed to help as many animals as possible. I've worked in animal sheltering and animal care ever since. His mother was half Siamese, half Himalayan, and his father was a mix with some Siamese but mostly just a long haired "mutt" cat.
