Arrival Story:
Misses (as she is usually called) came to me one night just before Halloween 2003. She was still a kitten and greeted me in the driveway as I got out of my car. I knew that my parents wouldn't let me keep another cat, so I tried to ignore her. I went inside, but I could still hear her meowing, so I brought her a can of food and sat outside with her. She ate the whole can, and then sat in my lap for over an hour. I convinced my mom to let me bring her inside, just for a few days until we could find her owner........and lucky me, we never did!
Bio:
Misses is the ultimate hunting cat. Last summer she somehow discovered mice. Mind you, I have lived here over three years and have never seen any around. She started bringing them home and leaving them as gifts for us at the back door. At one point, she had lined up 5 dead bodies at the door! She is also very naughty in that she loves to climb on counters and tables, and get into all sorts of other mischief.
