Meow! Mommy got a TogetherTag and a new reflective collar for me! You should see me strutting around showing off! Mommy's trying to get a picture of me to post on my page. The only problem is that there is this bell on the collar. So.... if I ever get outside, how am I going to sneak up on any birdies? I'll have to learn to walk without making it jingle.
I'm so proud of myself - even if I was wrong... You know how much I love my shrimp... Well, when Meowmy defrosts it for me she does it in the big beeping box. She puts a few shrimps in a bowl and they go into the box. Then we count together from 30 to 1. At one, we say, "Your shrimp is ready!"
Yesterday Meowmy tricked me. She put something in the box for 30 seconds and when it beeped, I was ready for my shrimp. Guess what! It wasn't shrimp! And it wasn't even anything for me! I was disappointed and confused.
*Greyson's mom here: Greyson never bothers with the microwave unless he knows there's shrimp being thawed. This time I really believe he counted the 30 seconds and assumed it was shrimp for him. I'm so proud of my boy - he really can count! By the way, he did get some shrimp. He still had some in the refrigerator, so you don't have to feel badly for him.*
Why did you tell them that, Meowmy? I wouldn't have minded a little sympathy from my friends... Jeeze...
Christmas week wasn't a lot of fun for me. My meowmy and daddy went away and left me all alone for nine whole days! Well, I wasn't really alone all the time. Auntie Mary came in every day and spent some time playing with me and petting me. But Christmas Day came and went and no presents for me! At least not until they returned. I was beginning to wonder if they were ever coming home!
My meowmy said that there are some gifties coming in the mail from my cousins Smokey and Autumn Amelia and from Hazard and Spike. They had too much stuff to pack in their suitcases, so they had to mail all their loot. It should come in next week. I guess my Christmas will have to wait.. I'm trying to be patient, but it's so hard...
Tonight is New Year's Eve and the neighbors are lighting fireworks! I love them. I hope Meowmy stays up late so I can watch them. I'm not afraid at all. I love looking at the pretty colors - whoever said that cats are color blind is WRONG!
I hope all my Catster and Dogster friends have been having great holidays! I want to thank every fur for all the prezzies I've been getting on Catster! Those are sooooo much fun! Thanks a million!
