Feeling angsty

I've been feeling a lot better than I was awhile ago. Now I'm just irritated by the little ones' existences. They insist on constantly trying to play with me, and they gang up on me and try to wrestle if I say no.

Is there no dignity in a child?

Under the weather

I've been a little sick lately. I haven't been able to talk much, as I seemed to have lost my voice. I've been gagging a lot too.

Mumma thinks it's either a hairball or a respiratory infection, so she chases me around with this tube of brown liquidy gunk and rubs it on my nose and gums. Well, until I bite and scratch her. Then she has to go to the bathroom and clean up all the blood.

Oops.

I'm a beautiful cat.

I had to see the vet last week for my yearly. Luckily, no one got hurt. No needles. Just smiles.

Yep.

I have fooled the vet into believing I am a beautiful, loving cat. I thought only Mumma was stupid enough to think that (okay, I am *slightly* fond of her).

She took me into the back to examine me, and the tech was getting frustrated because she wouldn't stop looking at me and telling me how pretty I am.

She even wrote on my progress report that I am a "healthy, beautiful" cat.

Take that, you wretched kittens.

Stupid New Kittens

Those stupid kittens. Well, at least one of them is. I keep telling him Mumma prefers it when we don't use the litter box.

Luna Tunalini?

Wednesday night, mom had chicken tortellini in Alfredo sauce for dinner. I was miffed that she wasn't sharing, so when she wasn't looking, I jumped up on the counter and, as I am always so graceful, delicately pulled one out of the pan and pushed it onto the floor.

And I ate it up!

Mmm mmm!

I thought she wasn't looking, but she must have seen *something*, because now she's calling me Luna Tunalini.
