We are all very sad in my family at the moment.
My oldest sister chiefy passed away suddenly on tuesday 24th.
She had collapsed sometime during the night, mom took her to the vets the next day, she was told chiefy had a virus that attaked her inner ear and effected her balance and would make chiefy feel really sick and unable to walk she might also of had a stroke. If she would respond to treatment it would work really quickly or not at all. Unfortunatly chiefy slowly faded away about 3 hours later.
We are all heart broken and mom is hurting so much. Chiefy was the first cat mom got when she moved out of home and she shared chiefys life for 13 years.
Chiefy, thank you for sharing your life with us. We love you.

After I have woken mom, its means I can get fed. Im a growing boy and I need my food at regular times, and my inbuilt clock tells me when its feeding time.
All the time I am waiting for mom to sort herself out, I keep meowing. You have to keep them on their toes or they start slacking!
As the dishes are put out ready for food, I take my place directly by the dishes and right in moms way so I can get the first sniff of whats going to be served, then if im not sure if i want it I am ready for the next tin to be opened, then I can make my choice of dishes and start chowing down before all the other family get in. Its always best to be first in and first to finish as then I can go on the prowl for any left overs.
Im smarter than the average cat in my family.

Welcome to my world.

I like to start the day off by wakeing my mom up so she can feed me.
Humans are not a pretty sight first thing in the morning, so you need to be strong to do this. I have two ways in which I wake my mom up, the first is to sit close to her and stare at her and will her with my mind to wake up, this works pretty well and to top it off she gets a fright when she opens her eyes and sees me sat so close and staring into her eyes. If this fails then I go to plan B, I jump on her and wail in her ear and keep wailing until she gives up trying to ignore me and gets up. Being part Meezer I have a pretty load meow.
It set my day off great when I have woken everyone up.
