Q-tip

Daddy still hasn't retrieved my mice for me, so I started playing with a Q-tip today. Mom's surprised that I'm still playing with it after a couple hours. Maybe she's surprised that Morty hasn't thrown my Q-tip under the stove with the rest of my mice.

Wow!

I can't believe I'm Catster's featured diary for the day! My Mom's so proud of me. Anyways, I was saying yesterday that I'm happy Mom's starting her summer job, but I kinda miss her. I mean, I'm stuck at home all day with Morty, and Morty just beats me up (if I don't beat him up first). At the end of the day, we were very happy to see Mom and Dad and give them lots of headbutts, purring, and loooooove (in exchange for food).

Good riddance!

Mom's starting summer work this week. Finally! I'll have peace and quiet to nap without anyone poking me and saying how cute I am. I already know I'm cute.

Wake up!

Today, Mom got mad at me. I tried to wake her up so she could feed me breakfast (nevermind that I had dry food in my bowl). She woke up and got mad at me. It turns out that Mom doesn't like having her eyelid licked.

Daddy's mad

Mommy went out tonight to meet some friends for dessert at some place called Ferrara's, so Daddy was left to supervise us. He got mad when Morty knocked over a shampoo bottle three times. I don't know why he's so mad at me though - I was just watching Morty knock the bottle over. Daddy thinks that I told him to do it. I didn't do anything!

Gimme some lovin'

I woke up from my nightly nap (7-11:00) and saw that Mom was sitting at her desk, so I started rubbing my cheek against her feet. She didn't give me enough attention so I started talking to her and she gave me scratches. Finally she picked me up to cuddle me for a while in her lap before depositing me on the couch on top of my big brother. Well, he's not really so big. I have a little more weight on him depending on how long ago I pooped.
