indoors Arrival Story: My cousin's friend had kittens and she was the last one left, someone else wanted her but they held her for us. My cousin
knew we wanted a kitten so she made arrangements to bring her over. The decision was made-- instant roommates! Saffron made this her home the moment her little paws hit the floor. She was only four weeks old and had just weaned the very day she came here. Her Mom must have done a great job because as soon as she saw the litter box she knew exactly what to do, same with her food too. She's a very special cat. Bio: Her name Saffron comes from her coloring -- she's a torti and her coloring has bits that look just like the spice, especially in the sunlight. She also likes to ride all over the house on shoulders. She has many unique characteristics, I swear she is human. She's pretty vocal and knows exactly what she wants. She can open her treat door in seconds. She gets a tortitude when you hold her when you're sitting down, walking around is a whole different story -- she luffs that a lot! Oh, and she is constantly cleaning herself... the vet asked if we trim her ahhh, down there, and we said ahh, no why ?and she said Oh, because she is licking so aggressively that she is actually splitting hairs LOL. Also, her eyes change color from amber to green depending on her mood, if they are green she seems to be in a really relaxed state. Or sometimes they are a mixture of the two colors.
