Arrival Story:
I work in a Veterinary Hospital and hadnt had my own cat before. My parents had always had Burmese and everyone I had talked to had always said great things about them. I had fallen in love with the breed from nursing them and they're such great cats.
So, we got in contact with a Burmese breeder, who just so happened had an older ex breeder/ex show cat that needed a bed to sleep on. We went out to meet Peter, my soon to be son!! I fell in love with him instantly. This big burly Lilac Burmese, so tough and ready to rumble. As the breeder took him out of his cage a droplet of rain fell on his nose and he was facinated by it. I couldnt resist.
We have been best friends since the day he settled in at home and I cant imagine life withouth my little treasure
Bio:
Peter has fathered many beautiful cats, both show cats and family cats. I also own his daughter, Remy.
Unfortunately, Peter was diagnosed with Renal Insufficiency mid 2004, BUT with my careful nursing and my management of his diet, daily medicating and 3 monthly blood and urine testing. We are making good progress to make sure that my baby stays around for years to come!!

Sarahs boyfriend is such a push over. I kid you not!!
Not as much as Pauline (the cat nanna).
Dave is the boyfriends name, firstly he comes in here, takes over MY bed. I dont know how many times I have heard Sarah tell the story of how the double bed was bought for the cats... I dont think he gets it!!
The nerve to complain about me sleeping on MY bed. I thought I was doing HIM a favour by letting him sleep on my bed.
Anyway the point to this was to tell you of how I have this plot against him.
Firstly, I was let out one morning and made sure that EVERYONE was watching me, I walked up to the boyfriends car (a nice one at that) and I backed myself up, and I let out the biggest wee ive ever done. I swished my tail around and I squirted urine ALL over the driver side door!!
Then just last night, Sarah my slave was working late with the other cats who I despise (she says they're sick, i think she's just cheating on me) or so she told me. I sat at the front door looking oh so cute, the boyfriend let me in, fed me my special food which tastes like paper and as he went outside to feed the dumb dogs (cos i would be lying to say they are smart, us cats know) and as he opened the door I flew out as fast I could.
I dont listen to anyone except Sarah, because she gives me lots of love and attention.
I think i might be winning this battle!!
