indoors Arrival Story: Scooter was born in our barn and was abandoned by her mom at about 2 weeks old. She had been moved in the barn close to the door by her mom and I almost stepped on her. She was cold and dying and I picked her up and took her to the vet. She stayed for about a week and came home just fine. Bio: Scooter was born with a broken pelvis and walks on 3 legs. Her bad leg she uses as a brace, as well as her tail. She does remarkably well, other than she has allergies and has to have a shot every 5-6 weeks. She is now developing cataracts, but is doing fine.
