It's been way too long.

It's been way too long. my last diary entry was September 20th last year. Mum wasn't a happy camper with catster not working properly so she decided to stop using it until they fixed now.

Now it seems that all is well in catserland. We will try and make an effort to be around more. We have a lot going on in our family at the moment so it going to be a real effort to get in here.

My Grandpa still has live cancer. It didn't respond to the standard chemo. So Mum and Grandma are trying to help him find a drug trial that will work. Grandpa went to see his oncologist last week and was told that the cancer is a slow progressing type.

They are trying to find a drug trial that may help him. Please keep in your purrs that something turn up soon.

Grandma had three months treatment for central nervous system non hodgkin. lymphoma. All the central nervous system part means is that it was in the brain.

After three months of trips backward and forwards to Melbourne the doctors can no longer see the lesion on an MRI so the chemo has done it's work.

As for me I am doing really well. I have grown a lot since those photos on my page were posted. I turn 1 this Thursday and Mum is upset that I am no longer considered a kitten. Mum doesn't have anything to worry about I'll still play and act like one.

Well I got to go that's all my news for now.

Sending purrs to anyone that needs them.

Your not so little Aussie mate

With all that been going on with my human family, there hasn't been a lot of time to update you all. Add to that and Mum has been working really hard so my computer time is limited. Well I let mum type for me since she quicker. I also stole the text about Grandpa from my angel brother Ka - zar's diary.

I am not sure if this will post but I am going to try anyway. Since there has been a lot of fleas on catster the last thing I posted about my Grandpa was that he had the liver tumor removed.

Well the surgery went well for that and Grandpa came home about 10 days later to recover. Then he had another scan 8 weeks post surgery and they found that the liver had grown back with cancerous lesions on it 6 of them to be exact.

They are doing chemo once every 2 weeks and then doing a CT scan every 8 weeks to keep an eye on what's going on and to see if the lesions have shrunk once they have Grandpa might have to go back to Melbourne for more surgery. As mum reckons that not the worst thing in the world.

Please keep my Grandpa in your prayers and purrs as we all love him and I don't want him up here at the bridge with my angel brother Ka - zar anytime soon I know if anything happens to my Grandpa my Grandma would be lost and devastated.

I have not been with my family for very long but I love my Grandpa and I hope the power of the purrs and paw can help him beat this.

Purrs your little Aussie mate

Sorry it's been a while

Sorry it taken so long for me to update my diary. Thanks to all the fleas that catster has had lately we've had trouble logging on and doing anything.

Firstly I want to thank everyone for their congratulation messages and rosettes for latest DDP. I don't write in my diary that often and I don't think it's that interesting but the diary chick keeps picking me.

My Grandpa is doing well after his liver cancer surgery. He went to see the surgeon last week and he said the wound had healed enough that he could start driving again. Grandpa also said he is feeling the best he has in a long time.

Grandpa goes to see his oncologist in a couple of weeks to see what further treatment needs to be done. I'll let you all know what going on when I know.

Mum is really great full that Grandpa is driving again since it got really cold here and there are gale force winds. I was really scared last night that the house was going blow over or be blown to another place it was that wind.

I am doing really well. Mum is still keeping me inside since she doesn't want me on a wet roof. I have to admit it's that cold at the moment that I don't really want to go out there. Happy to stay inside in the front of the heat with the rest of family.

There nothing else left to write at the moment.

Purrs and hugs your little Aussie mate
