Arrival Story: I had moved to a bigger apartment due to finding a higher paying job. I wasn't home as often, so I felt my older cat, Salem, would be lonely. One of my friends has found a pregnant cat. She didn't realize it was pregnant, so she wanted to put it back outside once it had given birth. She had only two kittens, so I took one and a friend of mine took the other once they were old enough.
Bio: We didn't realize he was part Coon until he grew up a little and far surpassed my other cat in size within his first year. He was traumatized by my old landlady's son and his dog when I wasn't home (the son would come in and scare him and he let his dog attack my windows when the cat was sitting in them), so he is very timid now. He did jump off my third story balcony once and survived. I found him under the first floor porch with only a scratch on his leg. Vet said he was ok, but no more balcony for him after that.
