Today, I took a much needed snooze on a pile of papers.
After a few moments of peaceful sleep, I was disturbed by a high-pitched, whining noise.
I opened one eye to see my Kat Mommy standing in front of me. She was pointing to the papers and making odd gestures.
Rising into a sitting position, I tried to look concerned about her troubles. However, I soon grew bored and began grooming my paws.
In spite of my lack of attention, she continued her rant.
"Dear hoomin!" I cried, "I care not for your 'exams' or your puzzling desire to 'revise'. Quite frankly, if think you should spend more time sleeping instead of frustrating yourself over pointless 'math' equations."
In spite of my strong words, she began to tickle my chin.
Oh, well. At least she's not complaining anymore.

Today my mommy made me my favorite dish - prawn salad!
Well, thats not true.
You see, when I say she made ME the prawn salad, I really mean that she made it for herself. But then she gave it to me.
Well, when I say she gave it to me, I really mean that I stole it. But I'm sure she would have wanted me to have it. We were communicating . . . telepathically, honest!
Okay, okay, I admit. When I said I stole it, I really meant I ate as much of the prawns as I could before Mommy caught me!
What can I say?
I'm a sucker for prawn salad!
