Arrival Story:
I lost my beloved Felix from lung cancer in October 2012, and after four months I was ready for a new kitty to love. I went to my local animal shelter and they had a part Siamese kitten who had arrived at the shelter just two days earlier. She was so sweet and friendly, I fell in love with her immediately and brought her home. The shelter told me she was about eight months old but my vet and I think she's probably about five or six months old.
Bio:
I decided to name her Coco, for her beautiful dark brown and tan fur, and after Coco Chanel. She has the blue Siamese eyes but is missing most of a tail - just a little bobtail that she wiggles back and forth, which is so cute. She's a lap cat like Felix and purrs almost constantly; she's a very loving, laid back little girl. One of her favorite games is to hide under the bed and ambush your feet or anything else that's handy. She's also learned that it's fun to walk across Mom's computer keyboard and in front of the flat screen TV.

1. Describe one thing your pet pawrent does that you think is REALLY CUTE.
I think it’s kind of cute the way Momma covers her head with the bedspread or turns over to try to keep me from making her get up early to feed me my breakfast. She really thinks that’s going to work?
2. Describe one thing your pet pawrent does that you think is REALLY LAME.
Gosh, it’s hard to choose just one! *giggles* Okay, Momma puts me off the kitchen counter when she catches me up there. She really ought to be proud of me that I’ve discovered how to get up there!

Five things I like about Spring are:
1. Bugs! I see them outside the window. Sometimes one will get in the apartment and I can catch it.
2. Warmer weather – I can sit by the back door and enjoy the sun.
3. Momma has been talking about “spring cleaning.” This sounds like something I can help with!
4. Momma just seems to be in a better mood.
