So it turns out our neighbors are not bad parents just have a very retard son (per mom).

He came over yesterday afternoon, and told mom he forgot that the dog was outside; his parents are out of town. Mom told him that if he need help she would put food and water in his dish, since he had none, and there is no dog house. He thinks that Bullet sleeps under the picnic table?!?!?

So, Bullet is in our kitchen, he is happy, he isn’t barking. Mom got the cell to his parents and they are thankful, and feel bad they have a retarded son.

They come back tonight, so hopefully Bullet will be back in the care of his parents.

PS: Dad is mad at mom for getting involved he said something about her being a crazy animal lady.. hahahahahahahahaha

I love my mommy crazy and all.

Yea... I think they learned they cant trust thier son. It was really cold here at night over the weekend. We had cold wind from the panhandle which had snow. Mom just couldnt let him stay in the cold.

Agreed! My parents have a small dog and they get colder quicker than large doggies...

Your Mom did the right thing. Kids are kids. They don't always do what they're told. We're glad that Bullet wasn't abandoned. We don't need any more homeless pets.

My Mom once furgot me on the patio. Before you call animal control - it was in the summer, it was a lovely evening and I was snoozing on an upholstered lawn chair. I finally had enough patio time and wanted in, but Mom and Mietzi had gone to bed. I meowed and meowed and meowed. Mom said she thought it was a baby crying (we had just gotten new neighbors). Finally around 2:30 am it dawned on her that there is a Timo missing :(

MOL Timo that is kinda funny that it took till 2:30 a.m. for her to notice you were not there really (!?) what's up with that?!
Meiko your mom is a grand pawrent for taking care of that baby while his family was MIA.

Timo ..MOL.. but your mom would never leave you for 3 days. He left Bullet for 3 days before he came to check...

Calie... moms okay.. sometimes.. as long as she doesnt get in my way of doing cat things.

Calie, I know. Mom is not always the brightest light but we love her anyway.
Meiko - three days? That's terrible! No wonder your Mom was concerned.
