Arrival Story:
My grand daughter, Izzy, wanted a cat since she fell in love with my Natasha and Alex. Her mommy and daddy thought that on her 3rd birthday would be a good time for a cat. Her "Nana", her pre-school teacher's daughter rescued cats and "Nana" had about three cats of her own. "Nana" found a cat for Izzy and she kept Queso until Izzy's birthday. Izzy named Queso after her fondness for cheese which she has to take lacto-pills. Queso looks like a British short hair cat. He lives with a dog, Parker, who eats anything that moves so Queso's food is in a safe area in the house. Queso and Parker get along well. Queso does like to hide under Izzy's mother's bed. He checks on everyone at night and is an independent cat as they are. Queso only allows Izzy to carry him. They bonded well.
