Arrival Story:
I rescued Bear from a very bad pet store in town, it was the first time I've purchased a kitten. He was in such bad shape I just couldn't walk away to not support the store, he had very bad fleas and was emaciated. We had just recently lost a beloved orange tabby and Bears big eyes locked onto mine and I knew it was a sign. I didn't care the ridiculous cost for such a tiny kitten, I gladly paid it and took him home and nursed him back to health.
Bio:
Bear is a very lucky kitty. He was rescued from a bad pet store, in his first year of life he was shot with a bb gun by one of his mean neighbors. The bb entered his leg and broke his femur, the vet couldn't get the bb out but was able to patch up his leg just fine. The next year he was catnapped by another neighbor for several months before he escaped and ran straight home. He has not been allowed outside since then, but is very loved and spoiled for all he has endured. He remains the sweetest and friendliest cat ever, even adoring his new baby human. He enjoys the sweet life of treats, pets, and a warm bed to sleep in.
