Arrival Story:
We used to have a black cat named Romeo, who was very sick with blood clotting at a young age and died at night on the floor of the bedroom. A few months later we got two tabbies from a shelter. Princess, a grey tabby and another orange tabby. The orange tabby was very sick so we had to return him. After leaving the shelter, someone was bringing Mojo in. Mojo was abandoned in an apartment after his owner moved away. Even though we were not interested in having another black cat because of our love for Romeo, we decided to take Mojo and brought Mojo home. As soon as we got home, the first thing Mojo did was run upstairs to the bedroom and lay down in the exact place Romeo died as if Romeo's spirit took over Mojo's body. There after, Mojo took on many of the same characteristic of Romeo, including looking after our baby girl. Mojo got his name because he is frisky and also from the Doors song L.A. Woman (Mr. Mojo Risin') and the Austin Powers movie where Mike Myers lost his mojo and tried to get it back.

Mojo recently died on January 27, 2013. He is at peace now and in a place where he can run, play eat and see all of the beautiful colors around him over the Rainbow Bridge where pain is nothing but a myth. He is happier now. We will miss him greatly. We love you Mojo.
