Leave A Comment | 29 people already have I am sure that "Dear Aunty" Cali was near to comfort and cat-speak with Burt. Do not be hard on yourself for having to work last night. Those we have held in our arms for even a little while, we hold in our hearts forever. We are so sorry to hear this. I think the part Burt will remember most is the love, affection, tenderness and care that you gave him. We will miss you little guy, fly free sweet Burt. OMG...Silent purrs!!! You were there for Burt and he knew it...he had a piece of your heart with him from the minute you saw him! He knew he was loved and he knew he was cherished! My little cat Murder will be with him at the bridge....I am sooooo.....sorry!!!!!!!!! Silent purrs and quiet prayers.... >^..^< Mayhem and her mommy Mary Cats aren't silly like humans, so there's nothing to forgive. Godspeed my beloved little friend Burt. You went to the RB with another dear little kitty friend of mine from NM who passed last night. It comforts me to know you went with a great kitty, Odie. But it breaks my heart your life was so short, and I am so sorry for the pain in your daddy s heart. Sending all our love... Burt knowed LUFF & tha's all tha's 'portant to us kitties. He haved 'dopted mama Cali, who taked good care of him. He haved a hooman daddy that taked good care of him. He don' hasta furgive you cuz you dinnit does nussin' bad. Me & Ingen is purrin' fur yer furmily. Sending lots of purrs and love to you all. You gave him a great life and wherever he is, I'm sure he's grateful. *hugs* Dear Burts Daddy: He wasn't alone....we all gathered round and purred him home to rainbow with us. He rode on Calvin's back, he leapt up to Taneytown Tigger's shoulders, he chased Tao up and down the milky way til they were dizzy. I promise you, my human friend, that as all seasons change and move so do we...you did nothing wrong but provided a loving good home for the best cats, ever. We will look after this lovely little fellow-we know you are sad, please know that we believe that Burt will return to you at a time that is right...and you'll know him. Till then, we will care for him, and we know he will send you many signs so you will know he's fine. purrs to you...you are 'good folks.'. Purr purr and more purrs I'm so sorry to hear you made your journey. I hope you have found peace and I'm sure you weren't alone at the time. You were surrounded by love.
