Grammy and Gramp visit

My Grammy and Grampy visited for da new year!!! We was just like hooman grandchildrens. We played and played wiff dem, and we asked dem for snacks we aren't supposed to have (we got dem) and we did stuff we aren't supposed to do, like jump on da table or da counter.

We jumped on dere laps, we cuddled their chins, we showed how high we can jump and how fast we can run.

tuffy dose

I hab a tuffy dose. By Bobby called da vet and da vet said I have allergies -- dust wike people when da pollen is bad. I feel especially bad in da morning but I am so cute wiff my bright red dose (how by dose gets red when I'm dot wipping it wiff a tissue I don't doe)

Da vet said I could cub in and get some antihistamin buy I do hate da vet so much

Last night Kippling wanted to play in the closet so Mommy let him in. She doesn't remember closing the closet door, but he somehow he was in da closet dis morning when Daddy went to get a towel for his shower. He just sort of meandered out, no big deal.

I have heard of people whose family members come out of the closet, and how they to be very supportive. So I was very supportive of Kippy, but really it didn't look too hard to me. However, I have heard of people having "coming out" parties. I fink we should have one of dose, jus becuz I like parties. I ESPECIALLY like parties wiff finger foods, or gravy. I love gravy!!!

dat dumb vet!

Grr, I heard Mommy call the vet this morning. I have an appointment for a 'check up' today. I am not happy about dis!!! Da dumb vet will PROBABLY tell me I have to lose weight. Honestly. Mommy is always trying to get a 28 inch waist so I would think its GOOD that I have a 27 inch waist. But noooooooooo.

I have to go hide now, Mommy thinks my claws should be trimmed before we go

new desk

Mommy got a computer desk, so now she types at her desk instead of with her laptop on the coffee table. This is sooooooooooo convenient for me. I can put my hiny (hiney?) on her lap and my front paws on the desk and watch her type, or, do my own typing. When Mommy is working I can watch the stuff on the screen go by, Its great. Mommy also thinks I look adorable watching the computer. But, don't I always look adorable? hmm

ahhh fall!

Its getting 2 B fall and I love fall. I chase the leaves outside the window. I love to play with the spiders that sneak in to get warm. I love to scare Mommy wiff da spiders I catch.

And, even if I do say so myself, my coat gets even mooooooooooore beautifuler in the winter, so think and bushy. And, I have what is known as
"an unusually extravagent tail!)

Mommy has moved the scratching post into the den, and it makes a lovely throne for a princess. You can sit up against it and look very regal. And, show your tail off to its best advantage :)

band names

mommy and daddy were talking about band names today and mommy mentioned the lemon heads. I fink dat is a great name for a band. Can anycat fink of any odder bands wiff food names?

I fink Turkey gravy or da Salmon Fillets would be good names for groups, everycat would WUV dem!

Different Day

Today was our first day without the Bubster. We were all on edge last night. But, we've mellowed now. Mommy is sure we were stressed b/c our brother was so very sick and she and Daddy were upset. Now we're all sad, but the decision is made, we can relax.

Mommy is really surprised. I did not freak out at all last night when it was time for bed. Usually when Sir Winston isn't around at bedtime I go berzerk. But, I knew what happened. I'm glad his suffering is over now

Fun new friend

I LOVE KIPLING!!!! The new cat is SO FUN!! we can run and jump and chase and run and wrestle and jump and nip and run and chase!!! We run round and round, the house, especially if Mommy and Daddy are trying to sleep.

Mommy married Mither Mike last week, so now we call him Daddy. We had Mommy's friend Kat (gr8 name) come stay wiff us dat weekend for the wedding.

And, Daddy's sister came too. Our Aunt Leona is FAAAAAAAAAAABulous!! she used to have a cat but had to find a new home for him when she got married b/c her husband is allergic. (It was a sad time) But, she missed spending time wiff cats and she knew EXACTLY how to treat a kitty princess, lots of cuddles and silly voices.

Mommy's nephew and cousin came for the wedding too. At first I was afraid of the nephew, Nick(he;'s 3). But, his momma taught him that if he wants cats near him he has to be nice to us. and he was, he even fed us kitty treats. He liked us to eat them out of his hand, and we just liked to eat kitty treats, so we were a good pair.

Mommy and Daddy were nervous that the wedding weekend would be too stressful for us. But, Leona did cuddles, Nick gave us too many kitty cookies, there were present boxes to play in. It was way more stressful for Grammy and Grampy than for us. We loved it!!
