STUCK BETWEEN TWO DOORS

When Mommy came home from shopping yesterday, she locked the screen door and left the other door open while she put her purchases on the dining room table (as she always does after shopping). She then shut and locked the inner door. She then went upstairs to take care of something . . .

Meanwhile, I was stuck between these two doors for TWO WHOLE HOURS!!! At first I didn't mind as I got a lot of fresh air and it was not that cold outside. When I got cold, hungry, and tired of being between these doors I let out the most pitiful meows in the hopes that Mommy would hear me.

She did!!!

She opened the door and apologized. In fact, she was crying about being so blind as to not have seen me in the doorway before the shut the inner door.

All in all, I'm fine and glad I have a nice thick coat.

It turns out that Mommy bought a new camera and was upstairs loading up its software which took forever since she has "dial up" on her computer.

Today, she took a lot of pics of all of us except Merl as he walked away when she tried to photo him. Tonight, she got a couple of him eating.

Anyway, it's Merl's 7th birthday tomorrow. I got to give him seven swats to his britches tomorrow! MOL!!

Lastly, we need to get up a new decor on our pages soon. Not sure when though. Mommy did make some cute Valentine's Day pics for me.
