On top of a furry blanket we have, on the pillow beside my mom's head, in the sink, anywhere in the back porch

Favorite Food:
He loves a good can of tasty gelatinous chicken legs, but he won't say 'no' to a good tasty living bird either

indoors and outdoors

Arrival Story:
Light was born in a building work; his litter lived in an old unused stove. Construction workers gave the kittens and mommy bits of their lunch and tended them as best they could. When autumn was coming, they tried finding homes for them. They succeeded, and Light was welcomed in a single couple's home, where they fell in love with him instantly. However, just when December and Christmas approached, the female got pregnant. And for health reasons, they had to part with Light. Such a short trip together! They were heartbroken and decided personally to find him a great home. They found it. At one party they met a cheerful, intelligent and caring woman who was just looking for a cat to give her children for Christmas. She was a little wary, what with being afraid of cats all her life, but wanting to overcome it and make her children happy, she bravely went on her mission. The young couple brought Light to her home on December 23rd, 2004. They didn't want him to go but knew it was for the best. Light's new Mom swallowed and went to get him... And Light rubbed against her leg, purred and fell on his side demanding love. The woman fell in love. The woman was my mom. The children of the new home were ECSTATIC. I had longed for a pet for a long time, and found Light instantly the most beautiful sight I had laid my eyes on. My brother, 9 years old, determined to take care of him in every way for the rest of his life, a promise he's kept to this day. Light instantly adjusted to his new home and became an extremely affectionate and demanding -sometimes even drippy- cat, showered with love but firmly disciplined. He was finally home with his new litter, and he quickly marked them as his own.

Lives Remaining:
8 of 9

Forums Motto:
Cosita peluda

He's constantly getting bullied by the neighbourhood's magpies! Such a silly cat... The one time my mother bought an orchid, he didn't rest until its pot was lying broken on the floor. He always pees on my brother's places around the house unless we close the doors to them. Must smell manly!

I'm so sleepy lately...must be the weather. Friggin' cold outside! Not that I'll stop going out EVERY day and come back late, because if my humans trick me into getting inside before 19h, my outtings are done for till the next day...don't know why they dislike me arriving late, my youngest human arrives much later most days and, at 18 years, he's much younger than me. Mphf.

I was recently terrorized into bathing by my owners. Savage beasts. At least they gave me wet food and lots of petting afterwards, as they should.

I will make sure to get as decently dirty again as possible. Barbacue oil from the neighbours seems like a good place to start.
