I Am Truly Honored!!

Dear Diary

I opend mai mail dis morning and guess what? I found out I am this weeks Blue of The Week over at the pawsome group, Russian Blue.

Now how pawtastic is that? I have never been a kibbie of the week fur anyfing afore in mai little life~dis sure does make me feel a little bit spawcial and helped put a smile on my Meomwy's face!!

Even Friday is thrilled..he's mai PawPaw and I love him lots. I go and put mai arms around his neck and hang on and cuddle into him and wash and kiss him and he does the same fur me!!

I am furry close to Friday and well he was scarying us last week!! He got sick again and is on meds but we think and hope and pray he will be ok!!

And today mai sisfur, Bailey is a DDP!!~its also been raining all weekend and with Meomwy working with Friday on the meds and rain and stuff, well today with my honor and Bailey wif her DDP, it sure does feel as though the sun is right on top o' us here at home, shining brightly down upon mai furmily, sending love and warmth down upon us to help us feel better!

Now how pawsome is dis?~oh wow!!

I DID IT!!!~YES I DID!!!~HOORRAY!!

Oh my goodness I just had to send this amazing great news out!

Ok, first for anyone who may not really know me, I have been very scared and timid for about six months now. My Meomwy was trying to get me into a cage on Halloween to get me to the vets and I couldn't figure out what she was trying to do..to make a long story short..we both went opposite ways and I became scared of my Meowmy for a while..I learned to trust her again over time, but the last big hurrdle to over come was being close to her physically again.

Well that last hurrdle was breached and crossed over last week!..I went and layed on my Meowmys lap for a few minutes and then realized, hey, waite a minute I am not suppose to do this!! And ran away!

Now a couple of days ago, I jumped up on the couch and just walked over to Meowmy and climbed into her lap and layed there all nice and comfy like old times...hey this is what I am suppose to do!!~this is my job!~my Grandpaw Buddy, who is an Angel now, used to fill her lap and no one else has ever done that since!~I was sent to to this, and I am even marked certain ways on my body just like my Granpaw!!

I have been sleeping very close to, even against Meowmy for a little while at night as she slept, and she has woken up and found me like this and smiled big, well when I saw that, I figured, hey I want my lap back!!

It sure does feel good to be able to climb up there and cuddle with my Meowmy once again!

I have been making progress over time and for a while there we were too scared to write about it, because I soon as we did, BAMB!! something happend to jinx this!~well, no more!~Meowmy told me the last time that if this happens we're just going to keep moving forwward and treat everyday and every incident like it is no big deal!!

But this is a big deal!!~Oh yes it is!!~you see, a lap kbaby like me just needs to be cuddled and loved and held every chance I get!~

I firmly believe in the Power of The Paw!!~so many of my furiends have kept us in their purrs and thoughts and said prayers for us~thank you to all who have done this and remembered us!

I also want to thank my personal angel, his name is Buddie (not my Granpaw) and this Angel Buddie does wonnerfur work..sends out bright golden Stars to new Angels, blue Rosette Ribbons for the ones who are in need of prayers and he even comes to visit us, too!..here is the link to his page:

Angel Buddie is pawtastic and loving and kind!~if you would ever like to visit with him and read his diary by all means please do so!!~kibbies also send rosies to him to use in his out reach work~a very worthy and noble job indeed!

I just needed to share this with all of you!~prayers and the Power of The Paw does work!!

Spring is FINALLY Here~Sooo Happy I'm Kicking Up My Heels

I'm a happy gurl, that fur sure!~it's nice to hear and see da birdies back~dem robins are back!~YUP!so that is a sure sign that spring is here, too!~I loves to watch them from my windows~I've got the prime spots all picked out to see them the best, too..MOL!

It must be Spring too, cuz Meowmy is cleaning and tossing up a storm!..She broke my table leg by accident and that's is getting fixed!so she moved our day bed in front of da living room window, (this day bed is just fur us kibbies) and now we look out the window in high style and ultimate comfort, MOL!!

Meowmy also moved the big coffee table downstairs and that created at huge playing area for us kibbies in da living room!

Oh boy!~you shouda seen me yesturday!~did I have the ZOOMIES!!..it was lots of fun, too!

Bailey winter skating area is now the spring and summer starting area fur us to take off and gallop into the living room~I did just that and it sounded like a stampede of horsies!~so musch fun!

Anyway I ran from da hall into da living room, thru my tunnels ( two of dem) di a twist and caught and threw up new tuna nip toy high in da air and raced after that too~Meowmy laughed and laughed~she could tell how happy I am!

Oh yeah!!!! TWO nights ago I climbed into Meowmy's lap and layed down and she scratched my head and talked softly to me..first time since I got scared in October..I sat like that for a couple of minutes and then thought, "hey I am suppose to be a scared kitty!" and ran off..but it sure felt good for the few minutes I was there wif my Meowmy!

My furiend, Mallee is coming over to play wif me at my house and I can go over to her house, too!!...anybody else wants to come over?..well come on in..lots of fun and there are treats and drinks, too!
