Mom and dad got an elliptical a couple weeks ago and during the week, mom gets up early to exercise before she goes to work. This is my special time with mom. I go downstairs with her and when she stops to take a break and get a drink of water, I go over with her and flop on my side. She knows that is my signal to scratch my back, so she does for a bit before she goes back to exercise. I stay with her the whole time and as she is going back upstairs, we take several scratch breaks too. It's a good trade off for me being a cheerleader to keep mom exercising and since it's just the two of us, I get special time with mom.

What a good cheerleader you are Spice~ I know mom really appreciates your support. I watch mom when she is on the treadmill. Sometimes I try to get on, but mom tells me no. Then when she stops, I lay on it. Mom's do luv our support.

Thank you Jasmine! It is good to help our moms out. Mom says if I don't watch the eating...I may have to get on the elliptical (*GASP*) I know she has to be kidding...right?
